Warhammer — Local services in Florence

Ok, this review is way, waaay overdue, but I need to do it!!! This store is simply a gem. My wife and I visited Warhammer Firenze during our vacations in Italy, in January 2025, and the memory of the experience still sticks with us in the warmest way possible. The store manager, Federico, is an amazing guy, I mean, a REALLY amazing guy - extremely charismatic, helpful, polite and kind, the man simply emanates a positive and welcoming energy while showing genuine interest in his customers. He even managed to convince and hype my wife to try painting a miniature herself (picture attached) a feat I was never able to manage myself in my 8+ hobby years of experience, lol. If that's not peak talent for customer service, I don't know what it is. During our travels around the world (North and South America, Europe and even Asia), we've been to many impressive Warhammer and Independent Hobby Stores and while Warhammer Firenze may not be the biggest one we've met, thanks to Federico, it was certainly...

15 years ago I stopped this amazing Hobby due to closure of my local reseller. During my vacation to Florance I was very lucky to walk into the Warhammer shop! This rekindled my love for Warhammer and I took home the Lord of the Rings battle of Osgiliath set to finally continue my hobby! 🤩🤩

I took my little brother to see and he got to paint his first space marine! Also my girlfriend came along, who had the honors of painting (a little part ;)) of a show model piece. Me and my GF can’t wait to paint some orcs 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️ when we are home! 🏡

I strongly recommend everyone in Florance, new or not new to Warhammer, to visit this Warhammer store. Excellent staff, extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, perfetto👌🏻.

I visited the store back in the beginning of July. The store is not huge but very well stocked. The miniatures in the window of the Store are all really beautiful painted (better then in most stores) and inspire to immediately start with your own miniatures. The manager of the store Frederico is really kind, well informed and passionate about the hobby. He really knows what he is talking about and gave me great advice how to expand my Army (Emporers Children). Also my wife and my dog liked him immediately.
