Stopped by here as a means to get a little taste of Asian food after eating so much Italian so it was a no-brainer once I saw that they had hand pulled noodles.

Ordered the noodle soup with the thickest noodles possible and they did not disappoint! Noodles had a great chew to them and were cooked perfectly. It came with 4 slices of beef and 2 small slices of radish in the broth. The broth was a bit more on the bland side which I found was easily overpowered by the taste of cilantro and chili oil. Having said that, it's a very solid bowl of noodles for what you're getting in a foreign country so no complaints from me! 4/5

Spicy woodear mushrooms and bean curd - ordered this as a side and it came and tasted as expected. Cold, crunchy (mushrooms), and spicy. The bean curd was a bit tougher than what I'm used to, but not enough were it was "crispy" when undercooked. Do wish there was a more savory component to the dish as spicy was the only flavour I got. 4/5

All in all, this was a great little spot to visit whenever you're craving a little chinese food and I'd definitely recommend stopping by!

Did I mention they...

Excellent hand-pulled noodles, good service, clean restaurant, reasonably priced.

The food was served hot and with good presentation. The taste and quality were good. If you like chewy thick noodles, this is the place to be. It reminds me of the noodles I had in Beijing. The broth was good as well. Also, the vegetable side dishes were good.

The server was pleasant and professional. They even ask if you prefer spicy or mild broth, and how thick you wanted your noodles. Towards the back end of the restaurant is a display window where you can see the cooks making noodles.

The atmosphere was casual and there is soft music in the background. They let you sit for as long as you like to talk to friends, and they don't charge you a cover charge as in most restaurants here.

Overall, a very enjoyable meal in a relaxing atmosphere.

Update. Rating was downgraded from 5 stars to 4 because the the 2nd time I went, the food was not as good. Noodles not as chewy. Food is a little salty. Must be different cook.

Amazing food!! We came here in the middle of our Italy trip (just like many others apparently) and we are so glad we did. The broth was so flavorful yet not too heavy like the japanese ramen broth we were used to. And the noodles! Seeing them be hand pulled in front of our eyes was amazing, we just knew they would come out tasting fresh and they did! We added the spicy sauce, green onions, and coriander and it all went together amazingly. We also ordered a dry vegetarian noodle which was just as tasy if not better than the soup. The xiao long bao were also very fresh and very yummy! We’re already trying to plan another meal here before we leave Firenze :)

Update: We ordered the ramen for delivery one night and it was justttt as good. They food was ready and on its way in a flash. They packaged the noodles in a nice little vacuum sealed bag and the soup in another large tub. We just microved the broth a bit (because we love everything extra hot 😁) and it...

Oh thank god for this place! I have never written a review for food but i feel like I need to for this place. This is the only Asian restaurant worth visiting in Italy! So far on our Italy trip, I always get angry with my husband whenever he suggests an Asian place for food because it's usually very disappointing. We are Asians from a West Coast city in the United States so our standards for Asian food are quite high. As usual, we get seated at this Asian restaurant and I'm grumpy and just bracing myself for the worst. As soon as I see the chef hand pull the noodles, my grumpiness goes away and now I'm actually looking forward to my meal. The noodle soup was amazing! So good! Authentic! Great flavor! Cilantro, green onions, sesame, spicy oil, beef broth, all the flavors I've missed. :) :) :) This is the only Asian restaurant we've been to in Italy that was actually good! Highly recommend!
