Nab Firenze — Restaurant in Florence

I ordered tuna panini sandwich and I received a mozzarella, tomato sandwich with 3 drops of tuna. I mean actually 3 drops of tuna. I called the server and showed her the “tuna” sandwich and she was shocked, took it away and the took the sandwich inside to add more tuna. They brought me back a wet sandwich full of oil. I think they emptied the tuna can in my sandwich. I paid for a sandwich and got an oily wet bread. The bread was breaking up into small oily pieces. I took a photo of what was left! I just wanted to send a message to highlight the most endearing aspect of this location... the staff. After travelling all night, we stopped in prior to our Airbnb being ready. We had the most wonderful welcome by Francesco. He had a beautiful smile and a personality to match. It is employees like Francesco that can make a good place a great place. 2nd September 2023 - Just a 5 minute walk from our hotel was this fantastic little corner bar with both inside and outside seating. The staff are what make this location favourable. So much so, that we returned the following night for another drink. (our last night in Florence). The service was friendly and very pleasant to us Aussies, making us feel absolutely at home during our trip. We could see they were very connected with their local customers as well.
