OPERA Riverside Albereta - Cocktail Bar | aperitivi & more - Firenze — Restaurant in Florence

Located on the banks of the Arno River and just south of downtown Florence is a wonderful little hideaway called Opera. The music is varied, we could hear a American band playing from the window of our hotel one night, and then the next night they were playing '70s disco tunes. It's a beautiful little outdoor venue outside of the hustle and bustle of the busy downtown. It's very casual so wear what you want and stop by here for a drink while you're on vacation with friends or just by yourself. The staff is friendly and the clientele is just chill as well.

Florence is great, don't get me wrong, but when you want to experience a little bit more of the culture and have a nice cocktail and get to know some of the locals, this is the place to stop in. It doesn't look like much and you really need to look for the signage or you won't miss this one since it's right alongside the river. They're picnic tables and chairs where you can sit by the water or plastic tables and chairs up around several bars. I'll definitely come back here when I visit Florence again. They're open from 9:00 a.m. till 2:00 a.m. if you come in the morning you can watch the kayakers rowing...

One of the worst places not bcz the place is not nice bcz the owner of the place was so rude , ha was sitting near us with 2 girls and everything is fine then they rise the volume of the music it was so noisy for all us and when we ask the girl there to low the volume a little bit she answered the Manger of this place he said no and if u want change the place, a responsible for a place and educate person he will not answer in this way for what to let the girls that u try with them happy ,...

L'ambiente è molto bello e accogliente. È tra gli spazi più belli sul lungarno. La terrazza è molto suggestiva. Purtroppo però non posso dire lo stesso del cibo e soprattutto del servizio. Abbiamo festeggiato un compleanno, eravamo una ventina. Avevamo scelto il menù hamburger. Quando abbiamo chiesto di servire la cena, sono arrivate prima le patatine, che sono state poggiate, nelle vaschette di cartone, direttamente sul tavolo, senza un minimo di apparecchiatura. Fino a che sono arrivati gli hamburger le patatine erano diventate fredde e immangiabili. Arrivati gli hamburger, anche questi sono stati adagiati direttamente sul tavolo, senza una tovaglietta, un tovagliolo o delle posate, niente. Erano avvolti in una carta e lasciati direttamente sul tavolo che non era nemmeno il massimo della pulizia. Quando ho chiesto un tovagliolo al cameriere più volte, non sono stata minimamente considerata, mentre il panino gocciolava sul tavolo e sui vestiti. Dopo la quinta volta che abbiamo chiesto un tovagliolo, uno degli invitati si è alzato ed è andato a prenderli da solo. È davvero un bel posto, ma consiglio di andarci solo per fare una bevuta all'aperto, anche se anche per i cocktails ci sono state...
