Too long didn’t read: not recommended, there are plenty of better places.
We went there in four for breakfasts as guests of the partner hotel. To my question “can we eat outside?” the waiter barely speaking English answered “I will not come, it’s a self-service” even though I didn’t ask about such favours. 🙃 None of the staff speaks English which is really a shame in such a touristic place. Because of the distance to the hotel I decided to give it one more chance and went there for a lunch-dinner. Although practically zero interaction, after only 30EUR order we had to pay 10EUR coperto for this lack of even the slightest communication. 🤡 Food was maximally fine: we took fishes and chips. Read moreThe service is very good, waiters are kind but you can't open a restaurant just with kindness. Let's start by the quality of the drinks. My campari spritz tasted like water. It really tasted like nothing almost like it had no alcohol in it, the orange also smelled funny (almost like about to rotten) and too much ice. The food arrived very late compare to the drinks, basically me and my friend we're almost done with the drinks by the time food arrived, they also served us two tiny cups of chips which was nice, but they were a bit stale. This was probably a fluke of a day I hope. But such a pity cause I see a lot of people sitting at this place...well I don't think there will be a second...
Read moreCame to Florence on vacation with my family. Originally we just sat down here for a few drinks but it started getting late and we decided to stay for the food which turned out to be a phenomenal decision. Food was wonderful and the service equally as good, our waitress was Imen as I recall and she was very attentive and accommodating, as well as efficient. She and the other server on staff who’s -name I didn’t catch unfortunately - made the stay. Good food, welcoming staff, and some delicious Lemoncello all added up to a wonderful dining experience and a somewhat clumsy walk back to our AirBNB. Grazie mille! Looking forward to stopping here again...
