BIANCAZEROZERO Firenze — Restaurant in Florence

We had dinner heat last night. We were party of two, when asked if we can be seated outside they claimed it’s full although we could see plenty of empty tables and chairs, but we weren’t upset or persistent due to the fact that most probably they don’t have enough workers to serve outside so we accepted and asked to be seated inside. They asked us to wait until they prepare the table, I specifically asked for a specific empty table inside however the waiters response was “it’s full” I pointed to the empty table I wanted but she was rude and dismissive. We were seated in the first table in the restaurant which was dirty and very annoying, you can hear everything that goes inside the kitchen and the loundness of the workers we could not enjoy our stay. Bad customer service. They didn’t bring us tap water when they did to everyone else. We couldn’t communicate well and the service was also slow. They also charge for ‘servizio’, which essentially is a knife and a fork. They also lied to us about a table saying that it was ‘reserved’- it clearly wasn’t. Finally, the menu isn’t clear at all- it only includes pizzas but other people were able to order other food and appetisers too. The pizza wasn’t good enough- definitely not the proper Italian pizza.
