I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Tino Bistrò, just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, and it was the best breakfast I’ve had in Italy so far! The pancakes with fresh fruit were delicious, and the eggs with salmon and avocado were perfectly done. I also had a glass of fresh orange juice, which was refreshing.

The service was impressively fast, and I couldn't help but notice how well the staff handled everything. The girls were nonstop, taking orders, serving food, and preparing drinks—all while staying on top of everything. It was impressive to watch!

We came here due to their high rating but unfortunately we were left very disappointed. The staff themselves are really sweet and hardworking, but perhaps they are understaffed as it took a while for our order to get taken. The quality of the food was a let down, particularly considering the prices we were paying. Avo toast was made on ordinary, cheap bread with avocado slathered on top - lacking flavour or anything that made it worth 11 Euros. Coffees were okay, again nothing special. Stopped here for breakfast after arriving in Florence. The inside is lovely and the avocado toast was tasty, if not slightly strangely presented. Unfortunately, after eating I developed a horrible stomach pain and had to throw up multiple times down a small alley. The rest of the day was ruined due to persistent stomach unrest. It’s a shame since I enjoyed the experience but I’m not sure what went wrong to lead to my symptoms. It couldn’t have been anything else since it was the only thing I had eaten all day. Great...
