Een kleine Enoteca met een paar kleine wijnvaten om Sebastiaan te proeven. Een winkel met tig verschillende wijnen. De eigenaar was enorm betrokken en hij bleef maar vertellen en ons laten proeven. Wel weer wat geleerd...het mysterie van de Primitivo of Zinfandel, zoals de druif in de V.S. wordt genoemd, kent zijn oorsprong in Kroatië en in Italië bekend is als Primitivo. We kregen van alles te proeven en geslaagd. Zelfs olijfolie in diversiteit en een soort plaatselijke schnaps. Met top advies met 4 doosjes de zaak verlaten , geweldig

La ricerca di un antico vermouth, il Rosso Antico, ci ha portato a telefonare al proprietario di questa enoteca nel centro di Gallipoli. Già al telefono si è distinto per cortesia e disponibilità; una volta arrivati nel suo negozio abbiamo trovato una vasta scelta di bottiglie, dai superalcolici a rinomate bottiglie di champagne! E così oltre al Rosso Antico, ormai introvabile in giro, ci siamo portati a casa una bottiglia di un ottimo champagne, da degustare al tramonto dopo una giornata al mare!
