Tutte le Sante Volte — Restaurant in Gallipoli

It was a very nice surprise to find this gem: superb dishes made with high quality ingredients, all very tasteful. The styling of the restaurant is also very tasteful: a high standard elegance but in a relaxed way. The waiters were so friendly and accommodating. The only item where they’ve actually missed eye for detail is on their business card where they’ve put a non-existent phone number! We have spent great time the other night on of the nicest restaurant we have been during our holiday in town. Food was absolutely banging a mix between traditional and modern. We had the Horse meat (pezzetti di Cavallo), the frisa scomposta, the sagne(traditional type of pasta)with meatballs and carbonara seafood style. Esperienza pessima – tentativo palese di truffa! Siamo stati in questo ristorante a Gallipoli e purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata a dir poco sgradevole. Il proprietario ha cercato chiaramente di truffarci aumentando il conto di 40€, ignorando lo sconto del 30% di TheFork che era incluso nella prenotazione.

Alla richiesta di pagare separatamente, ha fatto storie, cercando di ostacolare il pagamento singolo dei piatti. Quando abbiamo chiesto il conto dettagliato per chiarire, si è rifiutato di rifarlo, cercando di concludere la cosa in modo ambiguo e confuso, palesemente per evitare che ci accorgessimo dell’errore.

Dopo aver insistito, ha iniziato ad alzare la voce, diventando aggressivo verbalmente mentre cercava di giustificarsi dava qualche pacca a un ragazzo che era con noi, Solo dopo il nostro intervento deciso ci ha restituito i 40€ che aveva cercato di aggiungere ingiustamente.

Sconsigliamo vivamente questo posto. Non solo per l’atteggiamento scorretto, ma per il comportamento aggressivo. A Gallipoli ci sono tanti ottimi ristoranti:...
