We visited the bar hoping to enjoy some cocktails while watching the sunset, like many tourists would. I ordered a Bronx, and my wife asked for a Frozen Daiquiri.

While the Bronx was acceptable, the Daiquiri was extremely disappointing—essentially a sugary alcohol mix with no real flavor or balance. When we raised the issue, we were initially told the bartender (“shaker”) spoke English, but suddenly that changed when we pointed out the problem. Communication became difficult, which felt quite convenient given the situation.

To be fair, the waitress was very kind and did her best to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the two bartenders were unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging the poorly made drink, they insisted it was correct because they “knew the ingredients” and refused to remake it unless we paid for a second one.

After a frustrating 10-minute discussion and me stating I wouldn’t pay for a drink that wasn’t properly prepared, one of the bartenders abruptly ended the situation by slamming the payment terminal in front of me and allowing me to pay for just one drink. I even offered to call the police if necessary.

I want to sincerely thank the waitress again for her efforts, she was the only positive part of the experience. Sadly, she seems to be working with staff who don’t share her professionalism. We strongly suggest avoiding this bar, and for the staff: learning how to make cocktails properly might be a good starting point before serving...

Metto una stella perché non se ne possono mettere zero. Partirei dal fatto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi di poter ordinare perché le cameriere non ci consideravano minimamente. Abbiamo ordinato un apericena per 3 persone che costa 13€ a testa. La cameriera, sottolineo MOLTO MALEDUCATA, ha portato 6/7 patatine con salsa piccante, una vaschetta (leggermente più grande) di patatine rustiche, 4 fette di pizza (probabilmente avanzata) contate (per 3 persone), 3 drink e un piatto minuiscolo con 3 pezzi di focaccia secca e 3 fette di salame. Inoltre ha fatto cadere uno dei 3 drink sul piatto con focaccia e salame, di conseguenza siamo andate a chiedere se potessero cambiarcelo (già è poco, in più inzuppato nel Cosmopolitan non è il massimo) e, in un modo a dir poco irrispettoso (la cameriera ha fatto finta che fossimo state noi a rovesciare il cocktail sul cibo) ce l’hanno cambiato. In seguito siamo andate a pagare e abbiamo gentilmente chiesto se fosse possibile dividere il conto: l’altra cameriera ha fatto un espressione di sufficienza e ci ha lasciate pagare nel modo richiesto. Vorrei aggiungere ulteriormente che non siamo le uniche ad aver avuto un’esperienza pessima in quanto abbiamo notato che la coppia seduta vicina a noi ha lasciato il cibo e se n’è andata a causa della maleducazione delle cameriere e del piatto misero. Per concludere abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere altro cibo e con tono seccato e minaccioso, la cameriera ha detto che dovevamo pagare altri 6€. Inutile dire che per tutta la durata dell’apericena abbiamo dovuto lottare con la molteplicità di piccioni presenti a causa dei tavoli non sparecchiati. Non tornerò più e spero tanto che questa recensione possa prevenire spiacevoli sorprese...

Went there today, was being almost gaslit into beloieving that a frozen Daiquiri should taste only like alcohol, and should look totally see-through. When my husband complained, the barman "suddenly" didn't speak any English, and tried to make him believe that this was in fact the drink that we asked for. But reading the other reviews, this is not the first time this happens. What a shame. Not to mention the bajillion mosquitoes that make it almost impossible to enjoy anything...
