Barravento brasilian resturant — Restaurant in Genoa

We came to the restaurant at 20:40 (the place is open until 22). We ordered two drinks, two types of pasta, and a caprese. We waited for an hour for our order, but nothing was brought to us, even though it was 21:40 and the restaurant was starting to close. We had to call the waiter and ask for at least the drinks. It turned out that our order was completely lost and nothing had started cooking. The waiter ran to a nearby restaurant and asked them for our pasta. As a result, the food we received was obviously reheated, as some of the ingredients were still cold inside. Additionally, we were not served basil in our caprese, even though it was listed as an ingredient in the menu. We had to persuade the waiter to add the ingredient, which was supposed to be included. Consequently, not only was the food unpalatable, but it was also heavily salted. Furthermore, compared to the Italian patrons, we received less attention and had poorer service. The only point is for the limoncello, but everything else is terrible. Unfortunately, this is my first bad...

Do not recommend at all! The Pizza did not have any taste. Even the Pizza i make taste much better than this (and i am not from Italia!!!!) It was tomato sauce from the can without salt, Pepper or herbs. Than the vegetables were still uncooked?!? I had Pizza vegetariana and it was salad on some bread. One of us ordered 1 water (500ml) and got 1l bottle which we did not order and they calculated double the Price of corse-.- they forgott to give us forks and knives and tissiues/ napkin. We had to ask seperately for these. And the worst after all this, we paid 2€ each person for sitting??!?! Like what ?! Are you supposed to stay and eat??? The Place was Not even worth it. No View no nothing!!! Worst Dinner we had in italy so far. I‘m confused about some good ratings....

Our first night dining out in Italy and I get scrambled egg carbonara?? Aren’t Italians known for their pasta - If you’re in Italy and someone serves you scrambled-egg carbonara… they’re either not Roman, or they’re cooking for tourists 🤌 We waited quite a while for service and eventually I asked if we had to come inside to order to which the waiter apologised 🙏 Luckily my partner had some beautiful pasta e patate which made up for the breakfast pasta I had 🤷‍♂️ 😅 The service was pretty average if your Italian is also, a little average… the older gentleman certainly seemed amused that I’d given it a try but I would hold your breath on kindness and you’ll need some patience to...
