I can very much recommend a visit to this nice and genuine restaurant. Choose it over other more touristy options in Genua. Book in advance if possible. Chi entra in questo luogo di perdizione del gusto può solo decidere quanto peccare. Non servono ricercate elaborazioni, se si sa cucinare bene. I titolari hanno scelto il sano binomio semplicità-tradizione e lo hanno reso incredibilmente buono con ingredienti di grande qualità. I mandilli al pesto fanno dire che non esiste pesto migliore e miglior accoppiata. I tagliolini freschi con porcini locali (in stagione) sono raffinatezza. Tartare e baccalà eccellenti. L’unico di noi che si è preservato per il dolce ha chiuso in bellezza con il semifreddo all’amaretto (buonissimo). Ottimissima qualità-prezzo. Ambiente perfettamente in linea con una signora enoteca. Servizio veloce e molto cortese. Dovrò tornare, perché quando si prova gusto si fa peccato se non si continua a peccare…ancor meglio in buona compagnia. Andate...
