La Goletta Seaside pub — Restaurant in Genoa

Dont go! Horrible service. You see a nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Then you checked the google maps score. You wonder why it is not above 4 even though the place looks neat. You decided it cant be bad if you order just drinks and snacks… well, we learned it for you! Your orders are not delivered! You remind(3 times) and it never gets delivered. Its shame that they are horrible at servicing

Edit for the reply: Its funny your printer was not broken for the fries (delivered in 5 mins), wine (delivered in 10 mins) but was broken for the apperol spiritz :) and the difference in perception you are referring was not confirmed by your waitress. She was also extremely surprised that the apperol had not been delivered in that duration. I would advice you to do your job instead of producing nonsense replies to your customers...

Rude staff who hate americans and serve italian guest first and happily while scoffing at visitors. They speak english but refuse to pretending to only speak italian. They are reluctant to seat non italian guests and will flat out ignore them once seated meanwhile you see them frequently attending to italian guests with big smiles while the italian guests are a table of 6 children sharing one water for 2 hours and the visitors they hate actually come here to eat food from the menu and leave once finished. Another example of italian disdain for americans after losing the war. Maybe they forgot what their country looked like before we gave them the money to rebuild their own fascist self-destruction after Mussolini led these people into a millennium of debt, poverty,...

Very unprofessional behaviour. Me and my friends have visited this restaurant on 12/09/2023 around 22/23 o’clock. We have been eating there when all of sudden one of the waitresses came to us and handed my friend one of the bartender’s number. My friend went there and asked about it when it came out it was all a prank. It was very unprofessional and rude. Is it always this bad in there? I hope that whoever is responsible for that stupid joke will get consequences because how could you treat your guests like that? I hope that the management will take care of that or else you won’t get as much recognition for your delicious food and drinks as you should because we can’t let homophobic service be a thing in...
