Banano Tsunami — Restaurant in Genoa

I recently visited this cocktail bar, drawn in by its stunning location—a beautiful pier over the sea that truly sets the perfect scene for a relaxed evening. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was the only highlight.The service, sadly, left much to be desired. Our waiter seemed more interested in explaining the cocktail menu in an overly condescending, almost "mansplaining" manner rather than ensuring we had a good experience. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.As for the cocktails themselves, they were an even bigger disappointment. The one I ordered was poorly mixed and tasted far from what you'd expect, especially considering the high prices. Speaking of which, the drinks were incredibly overpriced for the quality offered.It's a shame, really, because the location has so much potential. With better service and more care put into the drinks, this place could be amazing. But as it stands, I wouldn't...

We ordered 2 drinks and both of them where horrible!

We both hadn't even taken two sips and felt severe dizziness and nausea at the same time. They also had a very bitter taste and didn’t even taste like alcohol!!!!

Very suspicious!! because we hadn't had anything to drink that evening and had just come from dinner.

Shortly afterward, we wanted to pay, and the waiter then took a lot of time to come back with the check dispite the location were pretty empty. He even sent one of his other colleagues.

We wanted to pay in cash and they only come with card device and took again a lot of time to come back with our change.

Other than that the waiters are arrogant und rude, very poor customer service!

This place is a shame. Food is bad and personell is very strange. They ask you to sit where they like, even if you go there to sit by the water, to admire the port landscape, they make you sit where you would not. The service is poor, and they usually bring you the wrong order. The attitude is totally wrong. If you only want to order drinks, they ask you why you don't order food also, like to make you ashamed that you can only afford drinks... Everywhere you look you can see dirtyness. Not even the tables are not clean, only covered with their logo printed papers... I saw them kicking people out from the restaurant in a very rude way. To be avoided!!! There are so many more nice places arround them, you can...
