Sushi-si — Restaurant in Genoa

Made a reservation to eat here with my girlfriend at 19:00, we arrived less then 10 minutes before and the staff told us to come back in 30 minutes. I explained we had a reservation for 19:00 and were rudely pointed to a couch to sit and wait like school children. I asked if it was possible to maybe take a seat and order a drink instead but that wasn’t possible and the staff with earphones in pointed rudely at the couch again and told us to wait there for 10 minutes.

We would’ve loved to have dinner here but instead we went elsewhere as other reviews horrified us especially how the owner has replied to some reviews. Not a good first impression, too bad but we’ll enjoy sushi somewhere else along with better...

After having a good Dinner, we left the restaurant but forgot our leather Brown (Leopard) Jacket. We realized it a day later and after calling the staff - they first dropped the call and later pretended to write down the details to call us back, but instead simply walked away and stopped answering. It looks like it was stolen by the staff without any intention of returning it. Stayed on 7th of October 2022 at the terrace. If the owner of the restaurant can find the thief - it would be much appreaciated. The jacket is very valuable and was a gift from our passed Grandpa, so it holds a huge value to us, but clearly the staff doesn't...

So, first we was happy with the place and came every day here to eat. But one lady with a scarf prohibited to not finishing the food. I put some rice for the sushi on the side and she said we can’t do it. Even no one said that since the beginning . All people in the restaurant didn’t finish the food. Could be nice to make a quick speak before to go in, because after get this comment during lunch just ruined our appetite completely. And also food is too greasy, many positions have a lot of mayonnaise (sorry, how can I finish this kind of dish?). The rule is 6 dishes, we followed. We will never come here again. Thank...
