Opera Cafè&Lounge — Restaurant in Genoa

My second time visiting this cafe. Everyone who works there is so friendly and lovely. I travel for work all over the world and this place is by far my favorite to get an absolutely delicious dinner, tasty drinks and scrumptious deserts. As a traveler whose native tongue is English I recommend this restaurant, not only is the food amazing but the people are so kind and patient that the whole experience leaves you feeling so happy rather than burdensome as you can feel in other places. Mio malgrado devo ricredermi rispetto ad una recensione che ho fatto in passato Questa ulteriore esperienza è stata decisamente negativa La volta scorsa barman e chef avevano lavorato molto bene invece questa volta l'esperienza è stata molto ma molto negativa I primi cocktail serviti erano poco più che acqua sporca abbiamo dovuto mandarli indietro e farli rifare ma non è cambiato nulla forse erano anche peggio dei primi serviti per non parlare delle pietanze servite un pezzo di focaccia pessimo una specie di pinsa con due fettine misere di salame da busta comprato nel peggior discount nonché riscaldata al microonde cosa che non si può vedere se è uno chef a prepararla due pezzetti miseri di focaccia al formaggio unta da far schifo e anche questa di certo non preparata da loro una porzione anche consona di gnocchi in salsa di noci ma gli gnocchi probabilmente non sono stati neanche scolati la stessa era un brodo più che una salsa io vi sconsiglio di andarci per €15 a testa non ne vale certo la pena Suggerirei ai gestori di sostituire li staff fatto eccezione per la cameriera che si è dimostrata molto carina e gentile La certezza è che non tornerò mai più in questo locale hanno perso 4 clienti in un solo colpo e non consiglierò mai a nessuno di andarci anzi suggeriro' di...

Schnell weitergehen! Selten so etwas erlebt...die blonde Bedienung hat uns sitzen sehen und ist aber ohne zu uns zu kommen wieder im Innenraum verschwunden. Ich bin nach 10 Minuten zur Toilette und wollte fragen, ob wir innen bestellen sollen, oder ob sie nach außen kommt - leider was sie so angeregt im Gespräch mit zwei Kolleginnen, dass sie mich nicht beachtet hat. Mein Mann hatte mehr Glück, auf seine Frage, ob es Self-Service ist hieß es, es kommt gleich jemand. Tatsächlich kam die blonde Bedienung nach außen, bediente zwei Tische, die nach uns kamen und ignorierte uns weiter.
