Caffè Boasi — Restaurant in Genoa

The worst experience ever! The rudeness of the staff i can’t describe!!!!! The waitress with dark hair is so rude and the you guy behind the bar! They do not bring the drinks that dpu ordered, do not listen to you as a customer! The roll their eyes. I ordered 2 cappuccinos, two juices and one bottle of water. She brought me everything except 1 cappuccino . I told her that one cappuccino is missing and she said ok. She served 4 tables and than i asked her again after 10 minutes she said again ok. The third time i entered the place and asked if i can talk to her manager. Just think that this situation goes 20 minutes! The manager ( older guy) rolled eyes and asked the guy behind the bar to talk to me. I explained once again the situation. He startet to talk to me in broken English explaining something i didn’t even understand. Then i was angry and told them that i want my cappuccino and she didn’t bring it ONCE AGAIN! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! They have ruined our experience in...

SCAM! DON'T SIT DOWN! Paid 18€ for 2 ice creams and 2 glasses of water (yes you pay 1€ for a glass of water). On the window for the ice cream is written 3,50€ only, no other information, when the person serving asked if we wanted to take the ice cream to go or in place, we asked in place and he made NO FURTHER COMMENTS. After the ice cream we asked for 2 glasses of water not knowing it was paid until we saw the lady write it on our check. When I went to pay, expecting 9€ (3,5€ x 2 and 2€ for the water), i was confronted with an 18€ bill! When I asked he just told me that the seated ice cream is 8€ not 3,5€. This is information that should be directly available and not hidden until you have to pay. Shame, stay away...

Siamo stati in questo bar durante un viaggio a Genova, avevamo l’hotel a pochi metri . Due adulti ed un bambino di 7 anni, ordino 1 caffe , 1 cappuccino, 1 latte caldo, 1 cornetto semplice , 1 cornetto con il miele. Per un bambino bere il latte e mangiare il cornetto al banco,molto più alto di lui ,è difficile, quindi ho preso tutto dal bancone e ci siamo messi seduti ad un tavolino dietro alla macchia del caffè . finita la colazione ho ripreso tazzine e bicchiere e le ho rimesse sul banco, il barista mi ha anche ringraziato! Alla cassa una signora bionda, dopo che le ho fatto l’elenco di quello che avevamo preso, mi chiede se eravamo stati seduti … ho risposto di si, ed inizia a battere il conto..totale 10,60 euro …. Sinceramente non mi sono messo a discutere o pagato e siamo usciti! La signora mi ha anche chiesto se nel latte caldo ci fosse stato anche il caffè …. Un bicchiere di latte 2 euro, se ci fosse stato anche il caffè … quanto lo avrei pagato? Almeno devo dire che era tutto buono …...
