La Pizza in Piazza — Restaurant in La Spezia

One star is already a lot 😆. Stay away from this "pizzeria", as you would be better off eating a frozen pizza. On top of this, worst customer experience on 26/07/2022. Pizzas with almost no tomatoes sauce and no olive oil in it. Calzone was just a folded pizza and was even breaking due to ricotta. No track of tomatoes sauce and olive oil in the calzone either. We order take away (30€ for 3 drinks, 2 pizza + 1 calzone). Once finished, we decided to put the pizzas boxes into the pizzeria's waste containers, but apparently the lady preferred us to take out those from their waste containers and put them into the communal waste bins. Total NON SENSE. Trashy person with worst customer service ever.

This lady gave us the pizzas, so there was no way she thought we bought somewhere else. We kept asking where we should recycle those boxes, but she would only say "non qui". Ridiculous behaviour, since as take away merchants you are in the obligation to provide bins to YOUR CUSTOMERS for the trash YOUR BUSINESS...

pizza is good but staff is very unfriendly and they rush you out . and also check your bill , they charge extra ..

A glass of wine was 3.5 E and a Morretti was 2.5 E . In the bill she charged 3.5 for beer and 8 E for 2 glasses of wine and when i ask why she said nothing. So yes if client don't pay attention she rip client off. Also her attitude was very rude and...

Only good thing is the staff(they spoke english-ish). Food is an absolute catastrophe and so is the restaurant itself. As a foreigner I was amazed by the low standard of food. Wouldn't recommend. EDIT: I changed stars from 2 to 1 because they charger us for sitting inside. 1€ for each person...
