UPDATE owner replied saying that it’s the wrong restaurant. To prove him wrong, I uploaded a photo of the food i had with the paper underneath the dish with their phone number on it

——-

DISHONEST OWNER - will not go again! THEY DONT WELCOME FOREIGNERS

Had dinner here today and our bill was 38 euro and I paid 50 dollar bill. it took the owner a while to give us back the changes as he gave me a lot of coins. The change should be 12 euro and he only gave me a 5 dollar note and only a few cents.

Felt really strange because normally if the cashier doesn’t have enough paper bill, they’d apologize for giving you all the coins. Apparently they didn’t, so I felt the urge to count the coins to check and realized its missing 5 euro!!!!

Went back inside the restaurant to tell the owner, HE DIDNT LOOK APOLEGETIC WHATSOEVER. He quickly grabbed a 5 dollar note ON THE TABLE - as if he purposely put it there to “pretend he forgets to give it to me”

CHECK YOUR BILL AND ALSO CHANGES WHEN YOU LEAVE

Also, “service” is non existent. It seems to me that they do not welcome foreigners. We ordered a bottle of wine and the wine came without wine glasses. Sat there and waited for 10 mins, still no signs of giving us wine glasses so we had to ask for it. AWFUL...

This restaurant was recommended to us and since it had such a good Review we gave it a shot. We knew we had do make a reservation so we did that. So we arrived, and the waiting began; 5 Minutes to get a table, 20 minutes for a unfriendly waiter to show up and ask for drinks, another 10 minutes to get the water and another 20 to get the wine (with glasses I would never give to any guest, they were dirty and both were broken on the top, but obviously nobody cared), then we ordered food and waited another 30 minutes. We had Black Pasta with Mussels which were really good! And a sea bass which I had more time to pick all fish bones than to eat.

After we sat there in front of our empty plates, we waited 45! Minutes and since no waiter showed up I went inside to pay and leave.

Well, we thought they were really busy inside but as I looked there were only 5 tables occupied, and with 3 waiters that should be more than enough!

Finally, we can't recommend this place even though the price is ok for what you get, but the service ruins the...

If you manage to reserve a table you'll be in for a homecooked treat, foods absolutely amazing, portions are generous and excellent value for money.

We stumbled upon All'Inferno by recommendation of a bar lady during a few aperitif's before hand & luckily we went to the restaurant for opening time at 19:30 on the dot, otherwise the place was fully booked out for the next few hours.

Menu is somewhat limited in choice but what they do offer they do well, with daily specials being on offer depending on what products are in season, but meat/fish options available. Vermentino house white wine was fruits and refreshing, as was the price for 3 people which came to €65 EUR based on 1 litre of house wine, mineral water, beef carpacchio, pesto pasta, 2 x meat ravioli, fish in onion sauce and 2 x coffees.

Will definitely visit again and the meal was one of the best that we tried along the Ligurian coast. Run by locals, for the locals & ...

We went in the middle of the week and they asked if we had a reservation, we said no, fair enough we could go back any other day, but the way the guy treated us was just arrogant and snobby, he closed the book, shrug his shoulder in a such disgusting way and turned back as if we were there begging, later my bf called them to make a reservation for another day, he didn't even wait for him to say the day, he said "it is full" and hung up. Hey man, you don't treat people in that way, learn to have respect and manners, your are not on top of the mountain. Disgusting manners. I will never spend a dime of my money there and I will make sure none of my friends do either. Replying to your reply: Every one can see "Excellent Customer Service"!!! Well Done!! Good luck with your small business and attitude!

This place was highly recommended by my host so we decided to try it out. Our waiter, who I believe was the owner, was very friendly and provided great service. Service was great, food was amazing (I especially loved the fried anchovies) and I got a good laugh out of some of the bad reviews written on here. There are some folks complaining on here that the food is bland, but that turned out not to be true. I'm not going to act like I know the cuisine well, but I will say that if one is used to a cuisine that has strong flavors, such as most asian cuisines and north/south american cuisine, one might find some italian dishes to be bland. But I think that's mainly because they're not aware that their palate is used to much stronger seasoning. Just my opinion.
