We ate here twice during our visit to Lecce, for lunch and then also for dinner. They offer classic local dishes and is a comfort-food kind of place with friendly, attentive service at very reasonable prices. It’s further away from the touristy restaurants on a quiet street and is frequented by Italians and foreigners alike. We really enjoyed both of our meals. The mixed vegetable antipasto plate is delicious-we split one between the two of us. The mixed pasta with tomato sauce and tiny meatballs is fantastic-highly recommend. The little meatballs are flavorful and tender. The orecchiette with cime is also the best I’ve had and highly recommend-theirs is super saucy and delicious and anchovy-forward in a great way.
