We arrived on time to this place with a booking for 8 people, our order arrived incomplete after 1 hour and 15 min. We ordered a "Menu degustazioni" for 2 people made of 9 different dishes but only 3 dishes were served. After 2 hours in the restaurant left hungry, we asked what had happened with our order and the waiter told us they forgot the rest of the meals. We asked then for the bill as we waited too much and the service was very poor. To our surprise the bill had only 50% discount on the "Menu degustazione" although we did not try 2/3rd of the menu. I asked to speak with the owner and complained with him that we aet only a small part of the menu and he was still charging us 50% of it, I told him that we would pay the bill except for the "Menu degustazione". The answer left me speechless: "Ok paga quello che vuoi ma non venire piu qui" which means "Pay what you want but do not come here anymore", all this in front of other clients. This person and business are a damage to the effort of Puglia to become an excellence in tourism, the authorities should verify the business capabilities of this individuals before giving any license otherwise the region will never grow. The lack of customer care in this Pizzeria is a serious issue and the owner of this business should take a commercial and customer care course so he would really understand how to treat his customers. AVOID at all costs if you do not want your...
Read moreThis was absolutely the worst gluten free pizza I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. The first thing I noticed when they brought it to the table was the smell. The sauce smelled like Ragu. I took a bite but couldn’t do it. So I scraped the sauce off and thought I’d eat the few spots of cheese on it. Nope. I was left with the ragu-ish crust and thought I’d put some olive oil and eat it that way. By then I just couldn’t. I did get the mixed salad down and a gluten free beer. Service was friendly but obviously never checked to make sure all was good. Lesson learned. That’s okay. My partner ordered a regular pizza and it was good. I felt my gluten free pizza wasn’t made with love and that always...
Read morePlace is nice, not far from the center of the city. The food is something average, not something you'll remember for your life and not something you will regret forever, it's just ok. The service is the worst part: we ordered 2 starters, 2 first dishes and two second dishes. We had to wait 2.5 hours to eat everything, this is just too slow. Also they were able to spill some oil on the shirt of one of the people eating with me. At least the waiters are nice. The restaurant is not expensive at all, something that you would expect. A hint for the owners: you are young and there is a lot of room for improvements, just organize...
