Trama — Restaurant in Lecce

We have been searching for years in the city for a truly outstanding restaurant and we finally found it. The food was absolutely excellent, both the fish and the meat were perfectly prepared, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The price performance ratio is just right and reflects the high quality you receive.

The entire staff was polite, fast and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the evening. Marco deserves special mention as he went above and beyond with his hospitality and even got me a pack of cigarettes when I ran out. That kind of service is rare to find.

Beautiful place in the historical center of Lecce. They had only one person who spoke English. I enjoyed conversation with him as I was alone and was provided with detailed recommendations about variety of options they have in menu. After full day of discovering Lecce, I took paella Valencian and local red wine. Unfortunately my paella was slightly burnout and over salted in the way it was hard to really enjoy the flavour/taste of all ingredients (due to amount of salt). The Puglian red wine was amazing. So for food from me is 3 (based on what I got there), service 5, atmosphere and location and design 5. PS: Guys, it better to not put enough salt...

Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di cenare al ristorante "La Trama" ed è stata un'ottima esperienza culinaria. Dall'inizio alla fine, ogni dettaglio è stato curato con estrema attenzione e professionalità.

Ambiente: Abbiamo mangiato nella piazzetta, ben gestita con luci e musica di sottofondo. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e attento, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza senza mai risultare invadente.

Cibo: La vera protagonista della serata è stata, senza dubbio, la cucina. Il menù offre una vasta gamma di piatti spagnoli, tutti preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto di baccala pastellato e un bis dí cracker con burrata e tartare di scampi e gamberi. Un inizio perfetto sotto consiglio del proprietario Marco.

Per il primo, abbiamo scelto le linguine con bisquet gamberi rossi di Mazzara del Vallo. La pasta era perfettamente al dente e il sugo deliziosamente cremoso; come secondo piatto, un filetto di ombrina in crosta di pistacchio su una biscuit di datterino giallo e lampone con contorno di salicornia, semplicemente divino. Il pesce era fresco e la crosta croccante aggiungeva una piacevole texture al piatto.

Il dessert è stato il coronamento ideale della cena: una cheesecake rivisitata leggera e spumosa ai 4 formaggi, la menta ha donato il tocco finale perfetto. La carta dei vini è ben assortita e offre opzioni per tutti i gusti e budget. Il sommelier è stato molto disponibile nella spiegazione di presentazione del vino.

Servizio: Il servizio è stato impeccabile dall'inizio alla fine. Il personale è estremamente professionale, ma al tempo stesso amichevole e disponibile. I piatti sono stati serviti con tempi perfetti, senza lunghe attese, e ogni richiesta è stata accolta con un sorriso.

Conclusione: Torneremo sicuramente e consiglio vivamente a tutti di provare questa straordinaria esperienza...
