Aromi — Restaurant in Lecco

Nice place full of locals, but they forgot about us twice. First when they sat us down - after 20 minutes we just stopped another waiter and she took our order. Second was after they served the first dish, and seemingly forgot about the secondi. After spending 1.5 hrs there we just cancelled the secondi, paid the bill and left. Extremely bad service for non italian speakers, and I can speak some Italian, being similar with native tongue. I saw this place on maps, walked 15 min in the rain to get there. My first waiter whe she saw I use english just left screaming to a colleagures that we are strangers. The next one came with bad attitude, I asked him about the menu, to explian. He said they do not have english menu and left... so leave this good restaurant...

Aromi è posizionato all'interno di un galleria pedonale spaziosa e non affollata, nonostante l'ora di punta. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la possibilità di pranzo a prezzo fisso (combinazioni in Piatto unico: primo + secondo + contorno + bibite/acqua. In alternativa un primo/secondo a scelta con inclusa bibita/acqua, possibile aggiunta di contorno e/o dolce). La scelta prevede possibilità vegetariane, di carne e di pesce (no gluten free); i piatti sono buoni e le porzioni sono adeguate. Suggeriamo di prenotare perché abbiamo aspettato 10' in piedi prima di ricevere un posto. Il servizio è stato cordiale ma un po' provato dalla grande affluenza di persone e dallo scarso numero di personale: questi poveretti erano solo in 4-5 a dividersi due sale, i tavoli esterni, gli ordini al banco, la cassa e le prenotazioni. Per questo abbiamo aspettato 45' prima di poter ordinare (tra l'altro volevamo prendere gli spaghetti di soia con verdure che avevamo visto entrando ma non abbiamo potuto perché "erano finiti".
