3.5 or 4 stars based on price and location, but not without its flaws. Charming, comfy decor and spacious.

The location is a double-edged sword because there is a ton of noise from motorbikes on the street. Thankfully, the windows dampen the sound pretty well and the motorbikes aren't so numerous in the morning.

The bed was uncomfortable and there is no air conditioning. There are 2 fans provided. Linens were all very clean and extra pillows were available.

I liked the unique concept of the shower, but it's currently in need of some maintenance. The screws holding in the floor boards are loose and my wife couldn't figure out how to turn off the water. There was also no soap anywhere in the unit, but perhaps that was a one-time oversight.

Lastly, the kitchen isn't really adequately equipped for cooking unless you buy a number of things in addition to the food you want to cook. We did like having a fridge and microwave though!

Overall we loved Lecco and loved being able to walk out the door straight into the center of town. You'll probably be satisfied at this hotel as long as you're not expecting the...

Beautiful village with good parking possibilities. Along the lake many highlights to discover on side streets. Several parks with good free restrooms. Once walking along the lake is peaceful since the main road is away from this walking area. There also areas where is possible to swim and rest, beach or gardens with wooded platforms to enjoy the sunshine. At the bakery is possible to get good pizza or paninis and have a picnic on the grass and enjoy the view to the lake. There are some middle age ramains along some side streets. Awesome place for photography lovers. There's an Euro Spin too with good parking lot while picking groceries. Wonderful place, Lecco is beautiful in itself. The town and its nooks are magical, walking both in the morning and in the evening. I have visited the city many times and I always like to come back. Beautiful view of the city is from the opposite bank. I managed to spend the New Year here and it was an experience. Lecco has a beautiful sunset view in the evening. From the opposite shore it is a beautiful scenery and a play of lights. When the surface of the lake place the whole town once more. You have the beauty twice within reach.
