La Fortuna — Restaurant in Livorno

Please DON’t come to this restaurant EVER! As a Japanese, I don’t have much expectation of the food but it’s worse than other Japanese restaurent I tried in Livorno.

AND, This place RIP MONEY FROM PEOPLE WHO DOESN’t speak ITALIAN. We don’t know any Italian and was given a all you can eat menu in the beginning which is all in Italian. Then the waiter knew we doesn’t speak any Italian so we were given an English menu. At the end, we were charged 133 euros for things that we thought it’s all you can eat for the quality that is 10 times worse then Japan. Then we said we are going to call the police then they changed the price to all you can eat and plus price not in the menu. However, as two people who doesn’t know a clue of Italian, it is a terrible rip off. They don’t even apologise for giving us a wrong menu or explain any part of menu. The all you can eat price was less than 15 for afternoon.

I would have call the police...

Worst Chinese food i had ever gained.

The owner and staff are indifferent. They changed the price in front of you and said because they haven't updated the menu. (that's rediculous)

The food is terrible. Small size(look at the picture) and taste like there is only sauce. As a restaurant, it is horrible to provide some food like this.

Besides, they change each person 2 euro as the seat fee. And 3 euro for still water. (depend on you. I feel that's too much. My friend and I haven't ordered anything and they already changed us 7 euro.) And the environment of the restaurant is not very clean as well.

Food wasn’t great. First when they brought stuff in the table everything was way too salty it wasn’t edible.

So we approached the lady and she offered to exchange it (therefore 2 stars for service) but that was it.

Customer service is not a priority in this place.
