Upon arrival, we were presented with branded bottles of water, one sparkling and the other still, which initially seemed a thoughtful touch. However, both variants were undrinkable, tainted with a pervasive chlorine taste that was both startling and unpleasant, leaving an enduringly unsavory aftertaste.

The first course, consisting of shrimps with gnocchi, was passable, though it barely met the expectations for such a dish. The absence of essential condiments such as pepper, salt, or olive oil on the table was a notable oversight, detracting from what could have been a more tailored taste experience.

The main course, a baked fish served with vegetables, was profoundly disappointing. The fish emitted an off-putting odor, indicative of less-than-fresh fare, accompanied by a texture that oscillated between undercooked and overly soft, failing to offer the firm, flaky consistency expected of properly prepared seafood. The accompanying vegetables were equally underwhelming, lacking any discernible flavor, reminiscent perhaps of having been rinsed in the same chlorinated water that marred our initial impression.

Such experiences compel me to question the culinary standards and operational ethos of this establishment. The fundamental expectation of any restaurant is to offer edible, enjoyable food and drink. This restaurant not only falls short of meeting these basic criteria but also leaves patrons with an experience that is, quite frankly, regrettable. Immediate corrective action is essential, though, based on this visit, a reassessment of the establishment’s viability might be...

Well.. Not my choice of restaurant, but was booked for me by our work agent. And lunch /dinner was included. Starving as I was and late from delayed flight, I went for their lunch. Spaghetti gorgonzola. Which sounded nice, waiter said its a error in the menu, they don't have spaghetti. But he can sort out pasta penne instead. No problem for me, then I got gnocchi gorgonzola. Looked nice, but a bit hot, so I dip bread in the sauce on the side to let it cool down a bit. Its still a bit hot so I decide to dig the centre out and put it on the sides so it cools off. and well hidden I found one drowned fly, and bits of wings from another one. I understand that an insect can land in the food. Its summer and allot of them around. What I cant accept is that this was hidden at the bottom of my lunch. Somebody saw it, and thought they'll just berry it and nobody will ever see it... Disgusting! and they wanted 16 euro for a plate... something I can make for 2 euro....

Great spot, just in front of the "Quattro Mori", local monument, symbol of the city. Menu is mostly seafood oriented. Known for high quality "crudite'" and oysters. Today servings were indeed above average. I ordered a local favorite: Cacciucco. It was pretty good. Service can be inconsistent at time. Today was one of those days when you feel slightly neglected. Prices not exactly for all pockets.
