GO.DO. Burger Bar&Bistrot - Hamburgeria Ristorante — Restaurant in Lucca

We had a great dinner here, this place is quite small but the staff is very accommodating and they were really kind to us, who also went for dinner very late.

We decide to go with the specials from the board and we did really well ! The Crocchette of pulled pork and bombette di maiale were delicious; as a main we let ourselves guide from the chef who came out from the kitchen to show us the meat and give us advice on the different cuts available. Both types were really,really good.

I recommend this to everyone, as a cozy place with great good, and being from Lucca I can say is not easy to find something these says within the walls that is not...

Probably my all-time favorite restaurant🤩 Every item on the menu is made with the freshest ingredients and meticulously served. The burgers are huuuuge and there are lots of customization available, like habanero jam and different kinds of cheese. They also have tartare and special dishes (totally recommended the lobster roll), plus they have a very good variety of local wines and beers. The atmosphere is cozy and informal, and all the staff is super nice and will answer any of your questions. Every time i come here i’m never disappointed, and to be honest i’d give a ten star rating...

Experienced the New Years Eve set menu.

It was simply great: Each dish was cooked to perfection. I especially liked how bold the approach to the cooking was: No subtleties. Each dish walked the tightrope of assertive tastes (unusual in Italy) and elaborate fine-dining cooking techniques. The effort and skill put to each dish was so evident, no shortcuts taken.
