LaVista Restaurant & Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Lungòni/Santa Teresa Gallura

We are staying in Hotel Moresco, so we came for coctails in the evening and tried the “light lunch” menu options today. Unfortunately my beef cutlet was very overcooked, but I’m sure it was just a one-time mistake, because everything else we had was absolutely delicious!😇 I mentioned it to our lovely waitress Diana, and she very kindly took it back to the kitchen with no problem. I asked if I could get a littlebit (half a plate) of the Strozzapreti pasta instead, which we absolutely LOVED, and she came back with a full portion, without charging us any extra money. Our coctails were also amazing, they pay a lot of attention to the presentation and the fragrances of the drinks, we loved every sip. Everybody was very kind and helpful, we had a lovely time so far and we’re just happy we still get to enjoy this place for one more day😇...

This place is exceptional! Everyone passing by Santa Teresa should have a drink or dinner here, the view is breath taking, I particularly recommend watching the sunset from here. As we were staying at Hotel Moresco, we ate and had drinks at La Vista pretty much every day. The food is delicious, with my personal favourites being the octopus starter, the astice spaghetti primo and the salmon secondo! The cocktails are also masterly prepared, our favourite was Moresco, a mojito-style drink with Mirto rosso! The service is also extremely friendly and attentive, they made our stay in Moresco and our meals at La vista...

Non abbiamo avuto il dispiacere di cenare in questi ristorante in quanto: Prenotato tramite the fork nel primo pomeriggio per la sera alle 21:30, ma all'arrivo nessuno aveva la nostra prenotazione, ci credo, il proprietario (o quello che si atteggiava a tale) se ne stava, di spalle ai clienti, a guardare una partita di calcio sul cellulare. Ok, prenotazione a parte, ci viene fatto notare che avevamo un cane (border collie adulto, addestrato e visibilmente stanco da una giornata di mare) quindi, con 13 gradi ed un vento che sparecchiava i tavoli, co vogliono fare accomodare fuori dove chiaramente non vi erano commensali. Riusciamo a fargli capire che fuori è impossibile mangiare e ci accompagnano ad un tavolo in fondo ad un locale vuoto (avranno almeno 15 tavoli e solo uno da 5 era occupato quindi non so quanto anche il nostro cane avrebbe potuto disturbare dato il locale deserto, poracci). Accomodati al tavolo tra uno sbuffo ed l'altro del padroncino di turno, viene a portarci il menu facendoci notare che è tardi (prenotato per le 21:30, arrivati alle 21:29) al ché "guardi, se creiamo disturbo col cane, arrivando ad un orario pattuito, facciamo che togliamo il disturbo" "nono, si figuri, restate.. è soltanto che è tardi... " vabbè.. 21:30. Località di mare. Abbiamo avuto tutto il tempo per mangiare due ottime grigliate di pesce in un grill vicino. Ringraziamo tanto il proprietario di LaVista che ci ha fatto scoprire per sbaglio questa Cantina dove chiaramente torneremo spesso durante il nostro soggiorno appena iniziato...
