This fantastic Korean restaurant in Matera and was immediately impressed. This review is from the bottom of my heart as I am a native Korean, the lovely couple who run it warmly welcomed me, offering a delicious dinner and even glasses of wine on the house free of charge! Their generosity and kindness truly touched me 💕 The real cherry on top was the food. It tasted exactly like home-cooked Korean cuisine, i would love to visit in return. Beyond the amazing foods, the couple has genuine hospitality made my experience truly special and exceptional. They made me feel so home, their company was a very jolly time. I can’t wait to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates great Korean food and warm hospitality. Thank you so much!

I ran into an advertisement at the bus stop in Matera and decided to visit this Korean restaurant on my way back to Bari. The food was very tasty and original since the chef is a Korean. While waiting for the bus to Bari airport, I stopped by and ordered Jeyuk (spicy stir-fried pork) and Ddeokbokki (rice and fish cake). It was the taste of home that I missed for a while. I highly recommend people who are interested in Korean food and culture to visit this place.

*I visited this place around 4pm. The opening hour may not be 6:30pm. It will be open earlier than that.

*There are also tables outside. People can enjoy the beer with fried chicken during the dinner.

Authentic Korean Food on Matera? Yes! Went here on a rainy Saturday. The owner was kind to inform us that our food would be a moment until it was ready because they had a lot of pre orders. We said we'll wait and enjoyed the wait with their stocked Soju. As the food came out they provided us snacks on the house and beer. When our orders came out it was worth the wait. We ordered the Korean chicken tenders with spicey Korean sauce. It was alot! Get it with rice and kitchen to complete the experience. My wife got the tteokbokki and it was perfectly spicey and sweet. The place was really busy so I recommend you preorder or make a reservation. Top notch service...
