Abbracci Bistrot — Restaurant in Milan

I was with my friend in this restaurant today. The waiter asked if we wanted to drink water, and later it turned out that for 2x aperol and 2x pizza we paid 66€, so the water cost 13€? This is a tourist trap, do not go there! There are many places where you can eat well and spend time. I was stupid, I wanted to be nice and left a tip🤦🏽‍♀️

Ps. the music is too loud and the waiter is obtrusive and trie to persuade you to have dessert, embarrassing

Awful experience!! We arrived with 3 people and were seated at sofas which were very comfortable, the waiter took our order for cocktails pretty quickly. after 10 minutes the 4th waiter came to “take our order” it was really laughable! Our drinks arrived and then I was told I had to move to a table to sit in a line with my friends as a couple had arrived and wanted my sofa, it was so very rude! We didn’t stay for another drink as it was so awkward, got the bill and it was €2 PER PERSON service charge… worst service I have ever had to pay for! Won’t be...

TOURISTS DON'T GET SCAMMED !!!

Charge a €2 "service fee" per person (regardless of your order, which they don't mention until the end when you pay, allegedly being included somewhere in their menu)

The espresso is €2.50, which is already a high price for Navigli, and Milan in general.

With the price of €4.50 per espresso, you'd expect at least for it to be an enjoyable and upstanding establishment, but nah - trashy place with dusty croissants.

The only clown bigger than whoever owns this place is me, for paying and supporting...
