Acqua E Sale Milano — Restaurant in Milan

First time I went there it was Very good taste

However after second time I visited, I won’t go back anymore although it was good. Why? Because :

the waiter( with glasses , old ) he speaks a bit of english. so I actually wanted to order 2 dishes with my friend. but when we finished, he brought a 35€ acqua pazza to me which he didnt tell me the price in advance , he said he cant cancel coz its done and i am sorry. but what the hell.....

i have admitted that I did actually mention to him acqua pazza and I wanted it but I didn’t want the another one and he didn’t get it. So what I just ate was the one I didn’t want to order ( I thought it was acqua pazza )

i was so angry , i say i would pay and take away but i wont come back anymore although its tasty. it works like this in italy?

At the end he said he offered me 50% discount on this dish. It was suppose to be 70€ I said ok. Show me on menu how much is acqua pazza? He said no it’s not shown. Because price of seafood changes everyday.

i mean if customer didnt order which waiter misunderstood, in this case,...

This was just about what I expected, keeping in mind that it’s not super easy for businesses right now with the virus. The staff was very friendly and the oysters very fresh. When it came to the fried seafood though, it was a little disappointing.A little bit overdone, and aside from the fried shrimp and fried squid, there wasn’t much on the plate except for a few slivers of raw veg. The sardines plate was just OK. But when you consider that it’s essentially just some salty fish taken out of the can and laid around some tomatoes, I don’t feel that it was worth the price point. Same with the fried food: not terrible but definitely not...

Proprietario poco cortese, dopo ben 30 minuti di attesa per ordinare, arrivano i piatti ordinati.. quando si tratta di pesce fresco possono capitare purtroppo qualche cosa che non va bene e non ci possiamo fare nulla, arriva poi la pasta all'astice salatissima il cammeriere la riporta e propone di farne un altra solo che la pasta è ancora salata.. andiamo per pagare e il proprietario già da prima commenta "Allora non siamo bravi a cucinare" quando in cassa il cammeriere gli dice di togliere due ricci, dice di non pagare il conto e di andare via. Ok con grande piacere andiamo via ma nella vita bisogna saper accettare la critica, ci sono modi e modi di porsi con le persone il fatto che noi non abbiamo pagato non ha risolto nulla avevamo ancora fame e ancora meno risolverà qualcosa per il ristorante è facile vedere le cose in questo modo non pagare vattene tanto ci sono tanti ristoranti di pesce a Milano, lo sappiamo grazie per l'informazione ma bisognerebbe a volte rimettersi in questione e quando si parla con la gente la si guarda negli occhi.. rivedere la sua organizzazione e magari reclutare un personale più pro che non si mette a chiaccherare fra i tavoli, lasciando tavoli sporchi pieni di roba, più tosto che insegnare a quei due ragazzini che il vino non si versa come se fosse un bicchiere d'acqua sarebbe meglio che essere...
