Excellent beer drinking spot, fantastic selection!

BUT... The bar lady seemed lovely, great vibes. I was totting up my beers as I went. When the bill came to €40 for 1 bottle, 2 cans (€5 each) and 2 half beers, I was surprised. After requesting the receipt it came down to €35 immediately and then after questioning the receipt €20. Which was how much I expected it to be in the first place... Her reaction to correct was too quick to be considered a genuine mistake. Big difference between €40 and €20.

Disappointing as it felt like we were targeted for being tourists. We're foreign, not stupid.

Loved my visit here! If you‘re in Milano looking for craft beer, this is an amazing place you should visit! They have a great selection of beers from Italy and beyond, in a wide range of styles. Phillip was a great host and gave great, highly experiencend advice/knowledge regarding every beer on tap or in the fridge. He was the nicest owner/staff we‘ve had on our whole trip to Italy! The only thing i would improve on would be the seating arrangement, i think the bar has lots of charme, but could use some dimmer lights and maybe a table or two more to fill out the space a bit.

Entered in as a visitor to Milan, after a fantastic day around the city. We had great food elsewhere hoping for a nice Italian pint. After coming in, the lady working quickly then shooed my girlfriend and myself out for no particular reason. We weren't drunk and we barely stepped foot into the bar but then the bartender decided to shout at us aggressively and kick us out. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. We are Anglo-French and I can only think this may be the only reason we weren't allowed in. The bar was empty, the staff obviously rude. If you are a tourist I would strongly recommend never...
