Alcatraz — Restaurant in Milan

This is the worst club I have ever visited. The prices are ridiculous and totally unacceptable. 20€ for cola served in a f* plastic glass!! The entrance card and wardrobe ticket???WHAT. I’ve never seen that in my life. Italians sure do know how to rip off people and give zero service. Customer care is disgusting, the stuff is rude and not interested in anything. The club itself is disgusting, I can’t understand how can anyone enjoy & have fun in such place. I guess 15 year old kids will enjoy it since it’s full of underage kids. I would also like to add that people here need to learn how to use water and shower properly. Unfortunately, I can’t give it zero stars. Thanks for the worst night of my life. P.S - poor Italians that think they know how to party, I advise you to come to Croatia or Serbia and go clubbing there. Thank me later. You might even learn some proper bonton and how to work...

I was here with my younger sister at the 90s party on 18.02. We had such a blast, great place, met some cool people, young and old. Towards the end our joyful mood got a bit damped by the only female bartender that night. My sister (who doesn't speak Italian, we are Swiss), ordered something in English (2 Moscow Mules & 1 shot) and I standing near her (who speak some basic Italian) overheard the barterder shouting at her in Italian saying sth like "speak Italian, we are in Italy" and gave her back the check with the already paid drinks aggressively and refusing to serve us. This behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Apart from the blatant racism, we got refused to be served the drinks we already paid. I went to Alcatraz Milan for a Megadeth concert and had a pretty bad experience. First off, the security threw away my water bottle for no reason. Once inside, the drinks were insanely expensive – like €10 for a terrible shot or cocktail. One of the bartenders was super rude. When I asked if they had flavored vodka, she told her in Italian to her colleague, "che ca**o è la vodka aromatizzata? chiedere qualcosa di normale," thinking I wouldn’t understand.

The place itself wasn’t great either. It was way too hot inside because the air conditioning sucked. You’d think they’d have better ventilation for an indoor venue.
