Bar Cinquestelle — Restaurant in Milan

Era da un po' di tempo che, passeggiando in Corso Buenos Aires, vedevo questo bar ed era da un bel po' che volevo provarlo. La posizione è, sicuramente, ottima e il locale è carino. Le fette di torta e i dolci sono buoni! La pasta frolla è, assolutamente, da provare! Per quanto concerne i prezzi, dipende da ciò che si prende: alcune cose costano di più, altre hanno prezzi un pochino più accettabili! In questo bar, vengono trasmesse anche le partite di Serie A, come mi ha detto, qualche mese fa, un "collega" di Maps che ringrazio ancora. Me lo ha confermato anche il proprietario, a cui l'ho chiesto qualche giorno dopo e mi ha detto che al bar si può anche chiedere di sintonizzarsi sui canali sportivi, nel caso in cui ci fosse qualcos'altro sullo schermo in quell'orario! È un bar ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO per fare colazione o per fare una pausa dolce!

Se dovete pranzare, meglio andare in focacceria, in rosticceria o in panetteria, perché qui, come in altri bar della zona, i prezzi di alcuni prodotti sono ECCESSIVI, tenendo conto anche della zona.

Al riguardo, mi permetto di fare una critica, che non riguarda solo questo bar, ma anche altri bar di Corso Buenos Aires in cui sono stato. Qualcuno potrebbe obiettare, dicendo: "anche se non siamo in Duomo, siamo comunque in Corso Buenos Aires, la strada commerciale più lunga d'Europa! Quindi, i prezzi sono alti per questo!".

D'accordo col fatto che Corso Buenos Aires sia sempre centro, ci può stare che i prezzi siano un po' alti, ma non così tanto! Per fare alcuni esempi: le bibite in lattina possono costare 2,50€, in Duomo, ma non in questa zona (potevo ancora capire 1€, ma non 2,50€!); la macedonia di frutta ci sta che costi 5€ in Duomo, ma non qui (potevo capire 3€, ma 5 no!). Per quanto riguarda le fette di torta, inoltre, alcune fette esposte sono più grandine e il prezzo (5€), in quel caso, potrebbe pure andare bene (anche se è eccessivo), ma ci sono fette di torta che, secondo me sono troppo piccole (e 5€, in questo caso, diventa più che eccessivo, in rapporto alla dimensione della fetta di torta!). Tuttavia, mi rendo conto che i baristi hanno anche delle spese da fare e un locale da mantenere!

We have been with the family here on Jan 15, 2023. Only 1 star because less are not possible, there is no proper kitchen, looks like the food is just heated in microwave, very fat and oily. 3 meals (pizza, cotoletta milanese, vitello arrosto) only (even no water) costed 33 euro. Chicken Cotoletta is terrible and in overall was not possible to finish any of the meals due to bad taste. Absolutely must say that center of Milan deserves better cafes/bistrots (we did not expect restaurant level food, but hoped to have normal lunch) shame to call themselves Cinquestelle, when in Milan there are thousands times better places for the same budget. Staff threatened and ambushed me because I returned a pasta dish that was full of water instead of sauce - it came out in 1 minute flat so was microwaved of course.( Italy, the home of pasta and this place uses microwaves and charges people with fresh food prices….the shame!) I called the police who were super helpful and very kind to me. They said they would take a statement, knowing that I could not wait for them to arrive as I needed to catch a flight. I have also made an official report to the Italian food standards agency for the poor food and the hospitality regulation body.
