This was the absolute worst experience we had in our 12 days in Italy. I asked if there was indoor seating since it was very hot outside and they said there wasn’t. If I had known this, I would have selected a different restaurant. It was very hot outside.
We had friends driving from their home slightly outside of Milano and they were having trouble getting to the restaurant due to all of the street closures for the Pride parade and soccer game. As soon as we sat down, the server asked if we would be ordering hamburgers and we said yes, but first we would have drinks and appetizers while waiting for our friends. We ordered food and more drinks once our friends arrived, which happened to be when the appetizers were finished. 1.5 hours after our reservation, while some people were still eating since not all of the food came out at the same time, we were told that they had another reservation and we needed to leave. Within 5 minutes of first telling us this, they told us multiple times that we had to leave. Some of us still had full drinks that had been ordered less than ten minutes before. Our Italian friends said they were in the middle of eating and what did they want us to do and they were told he could take his food to go! Our Italian friends were astonished, as were the rest of us.
We paid the check and took the food to go. We weren’t offered to-go cups for our drinks and were told we could drink them outside, so we walked to the TV at the neighboring restaurant to watch the game and were harassed by the waiter since we were apparently too far away from him, so he made me leave the group to finish my drink standing right next to him, so I could give him the glass back. The service was absolutely horrendous. I had to get up numerous times to get silverware, order more water, etc. The food was just okay.
Had we been told that there was a reservation right after us, we would have gladly found a different restaurant.

Read moreIt was the worst experience ever, I live in Italy for 6 years and it was a first time when I had such a experience.
First of all I booked the place in advance for me and my friends for 18.30 and there was information about if we won’t show up in 15 min after reservation time our reservation will be cancelled. I came within 10min and I was asking the manager if we can take a seat, she was saying to us “all 9 people should show up on time, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled “. I was saying to her what do u mean by that, I’m already here my friend will come soon, what’s the issue. At the end she said okay, we will prepare seats as soon as some table leaves. I should’ve left from that place at that time, cause it will get worse after that.
We got our seat, it wasn’t a big deal for us , we waited maybe only 10-15 min which was okay and ordered our drinks. One of my friend was quite late, after some time the other waiter comes and he started saying where is the 9th person. I said to him, she is late but she will come. And he said in the most rudest way, “WHEN?”. I was like what do u mean, why do u even need that information. He was saying “you said u are 9, but u are 8people and taking one table extra”. I was saying to him, I and celebrating my birthday, I said she will come and just leave us please. I am the client and he was taking with us in that way. He is name is Mirko.
Then my friend prepared pie for me, and all I wanted to blow the candle and make wish. They made such a big issue from that, they could explain the rules and regulations in a calm way, we weren’t going to eat it there anyways. Never coming back there and do not suggest.
Overall the food was nice and I should mention the waiter from Moldova. Unfortunately I don’t know his name. But he was the best one there and very nice, polite guy....
Read moreThe service was horrible. We were there on Sunday, and there were three of us. Initially, we were not allowed to sit at a table for ten people, even though the restaurant was completely empty. The way we were told this was not friendly at all, making us feel uncomfortable right from the beginning.
We then sat at a smaller table. Two of us wanted to order two sets of aperitifs, while the third person only wanted a drink because she wasn’t hungry. However, we were told that this was "not possible" and that we had to order three sets with aperitifs, which is a really strange policy. We decided to leave because it is unacceptable to be forced to order food if one person only wants a drink.
I don’t recommend this place because, overall, you don’t feel...
