WAIT: That's the word to describe the miscusi experience. We thought about having a light meal right before our train as we were a bit early (~1h so that should've been okay), and we thought having to order via our mobiles was a great idea as it'd solve the problem of waiting the waiters to arrive take the command and give us our dishes etc.... We ordered two simple pasta meals (A carbonara and a carbofunghi) and we waited THIRTY SEVEN (37) minutes??????? There are 4 waiters, who do the rotation with the kitchen and the register, for a two-stairs restaurant, so plates arrive cold and late because they're always busy, for some simple pastas (they were good but not delicious enough to make us forget about the price the quantity and the wait) and the other side dishes were good too, we ordered meat balls with tomato sauce but the sauce was industrial and flavorless and the size of the balls was ridiculous. More than 30 euros for two little plates and 5 little meat balls (somewhat bigger than a M&M's)... :D Thank goodness we did not miss our train I would have been really angry against the restaurant, now I just want to rate it bad so you won't be insulted as we were if you're interested in their "pasta...
Read moreWe’ve been here four times already – and every single time it’s been absolutely amazing. The pasta is simply out of this world! Everything is homemade, the noodles are always perfectly al dente, and the sauces are incredibly flavorful.
I’ve honestly never had a ragù this good anywhere, and their carbonara is easily one of the best we’ve ever tasted. You can even create your own pasta combination, which is just fantastic. The starters are also amazing – everything tastes fresh and homemade. The ricotta and spinach ravioli were exceptional.
And don’t even get me started on the desserts – the little chocolate bites and the tiramisu are some of the best we’ve ever had.
On top of that, the staff is super friendly and welcoming every time. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. Even though it’s technically a chain, the food easily rivals (or even surpasses) many small traditional Italian restaurants.
Highly recommended — truly one of the best pasta places we’ve ever...
Read moreI visited miscusi with my girlfriend and our dog. We were received friendly and accompanied to the upper floor. It was nice that our dog received water. Although there was not much people the waitress seemed stressed. She quickly askes if she has to explain sth - said two words and mentioned we just had to scan the barcode. I had some questions and after waiting about 19 minutes I had to go down - the waiter was on the same floor but never looked in our direction and ran back down. They forgot our sparkling water and brought the water when we almost finished the pasta. When they brought the pasta we mentioned that as extras we also had bread. We had to wait with empty plates till she brought two slices of bread - just askin if we still want it or she should take it out from the bill when she arrived. When we paid via the app the restaurant didn‘t get the confirmation and we had to show a screenshot downstairs when we left. The feeling is this is a fast food place and not...
