Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience at this restaurant. The food was good; however when it comes to menu prices, they are not giving you a detailed information. We visited this place for dinner on 29 September. We ordered a Tomahawk steak for two and on their menu (attached) it says the kilogram price is Euro 85. Based on this information, we ordered a 500 kg of this steak for two people. As it was our first time at this restaurant, we confirmed with the waiter if this would be enough for two people. The waiter confirmed that it's enough for two people and asked the kitchen to prepare the food. We also ordered a couple of side dishes together with an Argentinian wine. After the meal, we asked for our bill and were shocked that the price was way higher than expected. When we inquired about it, we were told that the restaurant served us 1.2 kilograms of steak, although we asked for a 500gr steak. The restaurant claims that the Tomahawk steak orders start from 1 kilogram and anything less than that is not possible. This wasn't clear in their menu that a minimum order is required (the menu is attached) and we weren't warned when we ordered. The restuarant knew that we ordered 500 grams of steak. As it was our last night in Milan, we didn't have a budget to pay 1.2 kilograms of meat which we didn't even order. The restaurant manager wasn't there to solve this issue so that wasn't a good start. A restaurant of this caliber should have a restaurant manager on duty at all times. Anyway, a sommelier came in to explain that they are sorry for the confusion and wanted to blame the waiter for this misunderstanding. He told us that he would talk to the manager and after his telephone chat with the manager, he told us that he was allowed to only offer a 10 Euro discount, which was still way over our budget. First after placing order, we were waiting for someone to take care of us for at least 20 min (I.e. bringing some bread, appetizers that usually come right away before the starter). Even the table next to us (who arrived later) got already their main courses, whereas we were still waiting for someone to bring us bread. When we called the waiter and asked to possibly start serving us, she didn’t even apologize to us giving this “what’s the big deal?” look. Also, as we were not familiar with the portions sizes, the waiter was happy seeing us over ordering without warning us about the quantity of food. He also recommended us taking huge steak (which clearly one person can’t finish). Eventually, we only finished one of two steaks and had to leave the whole second one (which cost like 40euro btw). Such a waste!
Overall, the atmosphere and decor are nice, but it was way below the expectations for the bill...

For those who want the long story, here it is: When we entered the restaurant, no one bothered to welcome or guide us; we had to initiate, which looked weird for a restaurant of this caliber. Then, even though we had a reservation, we waited for a while. The old lady who took the order from us didn’t speak English, so we had a communication problem. They took advantage of that and recommended specific orders that literally can be sufficient for more than 5 people, yet we’re only 2.
