Mamma Mia Hard Rock Cafe Milan! I have been to many HRC restaurants around the world in Hong Kong, New York, Dubai, London etc but this place was something else. Dined with my 7 yr old and after 10-15 mins with no service yet plenty of staff around and my son almost in tears from being thirsty I had to approach a colleague at the bar for service whom didn’t seem happy about this. I was served but felt I got a little attitude even though I remained very polite throughout my visit. Generally ignored throughout visit, felt invisible and an inconvenience. Ordered fajitas, was told this was off menu, however saw other customers being served this option as I was sat next to the serving hatch. Hadn’t finished my meal nor drinks or even paid bill when I had to take my 7 yr old to the bathroom, when I returned my table had been cleared and reset. So when I questioned this the staff just looked at me then I was approached by whom I think was the manager. He then got right into my face like he was going to knock me out or something 😂😂. When I explained, he to be fair replaced drinks or though not the same beer I had ordered and gave my son chips. I paid my bill, it was to the lad with large gold earrings, he was very kind and polite and a credit to your branch. In fact all your waiters were polite. I then looked around your shop when a waitress from the restaurant entrance in front of queuing customers shouted across to me if I had paid my bill 😂🤦‍♂️. I told the lad with the earrings that I wasn’t happy with this and again was very polite and apologetic - I hope you look after him. I’m sorry to say this was an appalling experience and brand damaging. Even with these mishaps I would have been fine if as a whole your colleagues were polite. Food was ok, no toy linked to my sons Messi burger given that didn’t surprise. Need to do a lot better to live up to this outstanding...

Their attention to detail was incredible, whether it was ensuring our glasses were always full, promptly taking our orders, or going above and beyond to recommend some of the best dishes on the menu.

As for the food—wow! The culinary team did an outstanding job of crafting dishes that were as beautiful as they were delicious. From perfectly seasoned appetizers to rich, hearty main courses, every bite was a delight. I particularly loved their signature steak, which was cooked to perfection and paired with a deliciously bold sauce. The dessert selection was equally impressive, with a tiramisu that hit all the right notes of sweetness and richness.

JP, Daniel and Elania ensured our experience was seamless, effortlessly combining professionalism and friendliness. Their industry-standard service was a masterclass in hospitality, providing just the right balance of attentiveness without being overbearing. It’s rare to encounter a team that makes you feel like a VIP without any pretension, but they absolutely nailed it.

During our recent visit to Milan, we decided to try the renowned Hard Rock Cafe, and we were not disappointed. The vibrant atmosphere and cool decor were just the beginning of a fantastic evening.

Despite a slight delay in receiving our food due to the restaurant being busy, we were immediately greeted by Fabio, the manager, with a warm smile and kindness. His personal attention and excellent service accompanied us throughout the meal. He took care of every detail, ensuring we enjoyed every moment, and went above and beyond to compensate for the delay.

Fabio wasn't the only one who impressed us. The entire restaurant staff was friendly and professional, making sure our experience was perfect. The waiters were attentive and efficient, and the food eventually arrived beautifully presented.

Overall, Hard Rock Cafe Milan is an excellent place for a fun family meal. The atmosphere, service, and food create an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.
