Compré un abrigo que tuve que cambiar al segundo día. El otro abrigo que elegí era 10 euros más barato, pero la tienda me informó que, según sus políticas, no devolvían dinero ni ofrecían vales. Además, me obligaban a comprar otro artículo para completar la diferencia, algo con lo que no estaba de acuerdo.

Yo no necesitaba nada más de esa tienda y les dije que si no podían devolverme el dinero ni ofrecerme un vale, prefería que se quedaran con esos 10 euros. Sin embargo, se negaron y me vi obligada a comprar un artículo adicional para poder realizar el cambio. No me parece normal ni justa esta política.
