The gatekeeper was very racist and rude. The real definition of gatekeeper, she really kept the gate. When I wanted to visited today with my other 5 friends the gatekeeper shut the gates when we wanted to enter while it was open when we wanted to walk in. When we wanted to ask if it's open or not she told us that if we can't speak Italian, she won't speak English to us. When we asked why she couldn't even say 'no visits' she just laughed and said things in Italian. Her behavior from the very first second was just not okay and it was clearly very personal. When other people came to us to apologise in her name, she was still laughing. My friends pulled me away because talking was just not an option. When I turned my back, she yelled some things in Italian and was laughing harder for me clearly to hear. She clearly had no balls to say all of those things in English when she was standing right in front of me. Choose your workers properly because I can also see other reviews of other people not having a good experience...

We went to this palace today (Tuesday) but we couldn’t enter. The lady that works there closed the gate in our faces and kept talking in Italian even though she knew we couldn’t understand it. We asked why we couldn’t enter and she kept yelling back in Italian. She even laughed at us with some other people that stood inside. She’s extremely racist and made no effort to communicate with us. If you’re not an Italian speaking person, i recommend you to not waste your time here. Very disappointed for something like this to happen in...

It says the place is open, but it's actually closed! Do not go there! There is a woman who cannot communicate properly and is extremely rude! When we were leaving, the "human" at the reception suddenly started yelling at us in a very condescending and aggressive manner, even making racist remarks and pointing her finger in our faces. As we walked out, she slammed the door behind us. All the yelling was completely unnecessary — speaking politely is not that hard to understand. I strongly recommend replacing the...

One of the most beautiful places and one of the most unpleasant and disgusting experiences in Milan. The palazzo and the courtyard are absolutely gorgeous, but be prepared to be humiliated and yelled at by a psychotic janitor woman. She chased me and my friend during the entire visit telling us not to take more than 2 photos and scolding us for not keeping up with the rest of the group, even though social distancing was required. Her behavior and tone were completely inappropriate and infuriating.

Palazzo unico nel suo genere a Milano. Sede dell’ISPI.
