Henry's Cafe — Restaurant in Milan

I was looking for a low key aperitivo with good food, and this was it! Irish bar feel with comfy leather arm chairs in the window. I got there early (around 19:00) and service was friendly and fast. 8 Euro and I had a negroni spagliato (the waitress didn't even laugh at me for not being able to pronounce it) and stuffed myself full if bruchetta, roasted veggies, chicken with smoked cheese and bread with the best olive tapenade! It’s a hit or a miss. I have been to Henry’s multiple times and my experience each time has been different. They are never consistent with the quantity of food for aperitivo and more than two occasions they have bought only one plate of food when we had bought two. But otherwise the quantity is good if they serve you two separate ones for happy hour. Not sure if it’s deliberately done or what. Staff is quite nice though. They are never rude or anything. Henrys cafe is located in an amazing location close to portage ticinese Navigli. The pub is quite big and spacious and we can definitely call this as a sports bar with several screens. They have several options of beer and cocktails. The option is happy hour is indeed the best which is not available during football matches but good for the other days.
