Ichidon - Donburi & Ramen Bar — Restaurant in Milan

We almost tried all the ramen restaurants in milan. And we had decided to try this one. I ordered the tsukemen with extra pasta and i must say the flavour was good but i was so disappointed about the pasta. It was all into pieces. 😔 And i really needed to return it back to them. But the waiter and the chef is very kind. We don't want to offend anyone. When you love eating ramen first you must expect to have is a very good broth, and of course the noodles. Unfortunately, untill this time we dont have scheduled to give it another chance. Hope...

Expecting a good japanese restaurant and it was disappointing The service was very weird, they put us on the table in front of the entrance when there’s a lot of other available table and more comfortable. They asked us to free the table at 21.30 for the other dinner schedule, we said yes and it’s okay…but in reality, they asked us to free the table at 21.00 For the food, it was okay. Not the best one. The ebi gyoza was lame and the katsudon wasn’t that good. Better to look...

Piacevole sorpresa!

Sabato sera, quasi per caso siamo passati davanti al locale e, attratti dall’atmosfera tranquilla e dalle luci soffuse, abbiamo deciso di entrare sperando di trovare un tavolo per 2 senza aver prenotato.

Il personale ci ha fatto accomodare subito . Dopo aver ricevuto qualche indicazione sul menu, ci è stato offerto un piccolo antipasto di benvenuto: una sorta di giardiniera rivisitata in chiave giapponese molto buona!

La nostra scelta è ricaduta su un piatto da dividere di 6 Gyoza (con maiale e cavolo) alla griglia serviti con soia piccante; dopo averne assaggiati diversi anche in Sarpi, dobbiamo dire che quelli di Ichidon sono sicuro tra i migliori mai mangiati a Milano! A seguire abbiamo scelto di prendere due Ramen Tonkotsu con brodo di maiale 12h di cottura, coppa di maiale, bambù e uovo marinato. Il brodo era fantastico così come la carne e la presentazione del piatto! È possibile aggiungere anche dei noodles extra ma la porzione che arriva è già molto abbondante.

Per concludere abbiamo deciso di assaggiare il tris di Mochi ( al matcha, al caramello salato e al sesamo nero) e, seppur fossero molto freddi, ci sono piaciuti moltissimo!

Il prezzo nella media, 58€ in due con coperto e acqua. Servizio preciso, cordiale e rapido!
