We spontaneously stumbled upon this place on a walk looking for something good to eat. Boy were we in for a treat.

Food: seafood so fresh and delicious, you can eat it raw. We had the mussels and seared tuna to start. Absolutely divine. Perhaps one of the best mussel dishes I've had for a while. No frills. Just fresh muscles in a light sauce. Delectable. We followed that up with our waiters recommendation of a grilled seabass for two. Man alive was that good. The fish was so fresh and so well prepared. It melted in your mouth. The potatoes and tomatoes were just as good and there was fresh bread to lap up the remaining sauces.

Service: Italy is sometimes hard to cope with when it comes to language but this place was excellent. The menus were available in English and our waiter was so engaging. He recommended some great options and was there to explain to me what a sea almond was. Friendly and attentive.

Atmosphere: Walking by you'd assume the place was empty or closing. Once inside you find that it's huge and offers a large dining area. The ambience is relaxed with couples and families not saying much because they are all tucking into some amazing seafood.

Prices were reasonable but wouldn't go there on a budget. Around 40 euro per person and you'll happy. 50 euro and you'll...

For those who love fish and seafood it is a "must visit"! I had already tried the other Zio Pesce restaurant and this time I managed to try this one too. As soon as we entered we found the showcase of oysters and seafood... A TRUE SHOW! I must say that we immediately felt at ease: the service was excellent: they were able to recommend a good white wine "Sharis" by Livio Felluca from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region which we enjoyed and even had an encore bottle! The mise en place is in fabric, with glasses suited to the style of the room, both for water and wine. The list immediately fascinated us and we practically "launched" ourselves on the Plateu Royal, a divine experience! Followed by octopus with potatoes, tuna tartare, salmon tartare and a tasty turbot. A beautiful evening continued with friends that I will remember...

Amazing seafood in Milan, Italy. You must go here if you travel to Milan and you’re looking for delicious seafood with a fun bright atmosphere. The staff here is super attentive and will really make sure you enjoy your dining experience. I came here twice on my last trip and really was blown away by the flavors the kitchen is able to pack into one dish. The food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great seafood dinner on your own or with friends and family.
