Ho trovato questo locale per caso appena uscito dalla fermata della metro Romolo. C'è un abisso dal personale di sera al personale del mattino e ora mi spiego. Ieri sera servizio veramente ottimo con personale gentile, cortese e molto disponibile a consigliare cosa prendere. Questa mattina torno a fare colazione e sono rimasto veramente schifato sia dal servizio che dalla maleducazione del personale ( la ragazza con l'apparecchio ai denti e il ragazzo con i tatuaggi palestrato con i capelli neri corti con i baffetti). Cappuccino con poca schiuma bollente servito freddo. Focaccia a richiesta con maionese senza maionese e quando gli ho chiesto di aggiungerla mi ha letteralmente sbuffato in faccia. Alla richiesta di rifare il cappuccino in quanto era palesemente freddo e ghiacciato il risultato lo si vede in foto. Focacce servite con un tempo biblico per aggiungere un po' di maionese e la beffa più grande é stata quella che quando andiamo a pagare di trovarci 16,70€ di conto più 40 centesimi in due di salsa maionese aggiunta e quando lo abbiamo fatto presente il ragazzo salta su e fa la offriamo noi visto che é cara per voi. Una battuta che poteva benissimo risparmiarsi. Ho avuto il piacere di visitare il Linos Bar e posso affermare senza esitazione che si tratta di un locale che spicca per la qualità del servizio e l’attenzione al cliente. La professionalità del personale è evidente fin dal primo ingresso: ogni membro dello staff si distingue per cordialità, efficienza e disponibilità, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. In particolare, vorrei fare una menzione speciale a una signora con gli occhiali, che si distingue per la sua cortesia e il suo sorriso, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e familiare. I giovani che lavorano al bar sono altrettanto competenti e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza.
