Murale’s — Restaurant in Milan

Wanted to sample some Risotto alla Milanese and the reviews for this place sounded good. We found the food… OK. The risotto was ticked with some Ossobuco alla Milanese, which was nice but possibly under-seasoned. My wife had schnitzel with potatoes (actually chips) - only average. Other diners had fish, which may be this place’s strength. The nice touch was some limoncello and mini pastries brought when we asked for the bill. Had a pleasant time, but won’t find...

Serata in compagnia di amici che già conoscevano bene il locale. Personale, gentile, disponibile. Ci siamo affidati al proprietario che ci ha proposto una pitta calabrese per iniziare e poi abbiamo scelto dal menu. Pitta fantastica, con scarola, salsiccia e nduia, piccante al punto giusto, poi abbiamo preso un antipasto della casa ( è per due)veramente abbondante li abbiamo diviso in quattro ( le ostriche sono state spazzate via prima della foto), io ho preso un tris che poi erano quattro preparazione di Baccalà cotto e condito in modi differenti, sublime, mio marito a preso l’agnello con patate ed i miei amici, arrosticini ed altri piatti, tutti veramente squisiti, ovviamente non ho fatto a tempo a fotografare tutto perché il profumo ed i piatti parlavano da soli. I dolci …una pastiera, crostata di frutta fresca e frutti di bosco con gelato. Che dire…provare per credere . Ovviamente tutti i piatti erano presentati bene ed anche abbondanti comprese le fettone di torte. Per finire ci hanno offerto il limoncello e dei biscottini. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo anche con altri amici . L’unico problema il parcheggio, ma nelle vicinanze vi sono diversi garage. Ottima serata...
