I loved the food experience here. I took the menu and I have to say best choice ever! I enjoyed every plate, it was perfect! Such an amazing journey through different flavors I’m not familiar with. Amazing. The service was good, not too fast and not too slow. The price fair considering all of that. Why am I not giving a 5 then? Because around 11 pm the worst happened when some sort of karaoke started on the floor below and I was not able to have a conversation anymore! It couldn’t ruin the experience cause the food was really good, however for the price we paid o would have expected a better atmosphere, if you want to have karaoke please do not involve the floor where everyone is having dinner! NON ANDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE SE VOLETE VIVERE UN' ESPERIENZA CULINARIA DEGNA DI QUESTO NOME. Premetto che il giudizio non è assolutamente una critica alla cucina proposta e ai prezzi , che sicuramente sono elevati ma adeguati alla proposta ricercata e raffinata del locale. Nulla da dire neanche sulla location, seppure gli spazi siano molto contenuti. MA IL SERVIZIO mi fa sperare in un immediato declino e fallimento del ristorante. NON È AMMISSIBILE che in un locale dove paghi per un servizio vieni letteralmente cacciato via senza la possibilità di prendere il dolce ( che non era stato neppure proposto e che successivamente ci è stato vietato di prendere perchè ''il tempo era scaduto'' ). Ero stato avvisato per telefono che il tavolo era a mia disposizione dalle 20 30 alle 22 , quindi sapevo del tempo abbastanza limitato, e anche per questo, la mia decisione è ricaduta su 2 sole portate , con la speranza di poter aggiungere anche un dolce ovviamente. E invece tempo di attesa tra la prima e la seconda portata di 45 minuti e sorpresa finale , che invece di concludere la serata con un dolce , mi ha lasciato con l'amore in bocca. Assurdo davvero non poter concludere la cena come si vuole. Tra l'altro avevo già ricevuto segnali di ''cafonaggine'' e maleducazione da parte del camiere , che probabilmente siccome ha visto che eravamo due ragazzi :

1. non ha avuto l'accortezza di spiegarci il contenuto dei piatti ( mentre nei tavoli attaccati al nostro la spiegazione era chiara ed esaustiva )
2. non chiedeva come procedeva la serata
3. non si è neppure degnato di portare uno dei piatti offerti nel resto del ristorante. Insomma si comportava così solo con noi, con un atteggiamento di superiorità e menefreghismo da venir voglia di buttargli un piatto in faccia. Non hanno neanche offerto un caffè per ''scusarsi''. While the location is excellent, the experience didn’t live up to expectations — considering the high prices and the very small portions. We had previously visited Pacifico in Sardinia and had a completely different (and better) experience there. Unfortunately, this time it had little to do with authentic Peruvian food and flavors, which we’ve had the pleasure of tasting many times elsewhere.
