Pizzeria Punto It — Restaurant in Milan

Updated: the quality of the place dropped drastically. It was really good in the beginning but now the person tries to loot the students by proposing prices not on the menu.

The staff is very friendly. Halal and quite economical. It's at a walking distance from Leonardo campus of Politecnico Di Milano. Pellegrini application (bluticket) used to work here but currently doesn't work. Might get updated in some weeks. Food: mediocre at best. Service: pathetic, rushed us to order, absolutely 0 customer service capability, understaffed; would never recommend such service on my worst enemy. Atmosphere: Pathetic, outdoor seating wasn't heated, and it was almost closing time (10 degree Celsius)

Recommendation: staff must either be trained or replaced, outdoor seating must be well attended and properly heated in the winters when customers...

Premetto che non faccio quasi mai recensioni, ma questa volta , bhe Ho ordinato dal volantino che avevano lasciato nel mio punto di lavoro , Purtroppo la prima volta non so perché ma non mi avevano accettato l’ordine perché non avevano il pos , però vabbè può succedere Questa volta l’hanno accettato , ma non è andata come pensavo Il cibo non aveva veramente sapore , come se qualcuno l’avesse masticato e sputato dentro il panino perciò non l’ho neanche finito , un morso e via . Non c’era scritto da nessuna parte e quando ho chiamato nessuno mi ha detto che dovevo pagare ulteriori 50 centesimi, per non so cosa (ho pensato magari per il rider) però vabbè . Ti vogliono sempre far pagare con contanti anche se tu già all’inizio e durante la chiamata hai esplicitamente detto che pagavi in carta . Purtroppo do massimo 3 stelle. E sicuramente non ordinerò più da loro. Aggiungo che ci hanno messo quasi 1 ora...
