Pizzium - Isola — Restaurant in Milan

The following text is from the point of view of my boyfriend but I witnessed the situation in first person: "Horrible experience. It is the worst of all the Pizzium in Milan despite I am a convinced fan of the chain. The staff is highly unskilled and rude, especially the waiter with a black hair and beard, thin, medium height. Before I went in, my girlfriend and I were told that, despite the table we were sitting was in front of the entrance, the door would be kept closed to avoid the cold. But then a group of people stopped to talk right in front of the automatic door and kept it open for a long time. After asking the waiter if he could tell people to move a little bit away from the door he answered me with annoyance that he would not do it because according to him it was not "professional" to ask customers to move away from the door and he told me that he warned me at the beginning that I could have caught cold if we sat at that table (of course it was "professional" to treat a customer sitting at the table in that situation!). After facing with this lack of concern for me, my girlfriend and the other customers sitting at the table next to us, who were sitting with the coats on, I decided to leave, communicating that I would do a negative review online. In response, the rude waiter chased me and my girlfriend out of the restaurant with threatening and aggressive attitude (and by taking off the mask and not respecting the social distance) stating that I shouldn’t take it personally and that I shouldn’t do a negative review. Frightened by the situation and by how it could degenerate I decided to end the conversation and I refused to return to the pizzeria. So, in a frustrated and angry way, he yelled and cursed at me and left. Then, the same evening, I called the restaurant to complain about the attitude of that waiter, but I did not receive the necessary attention but rather I was teased and brought to the limit of exasperation. Sono stato in diversi Pizzium a Milano rimanendo sempre soddisfatto, ma l’esperienza di ieri sera è stata molto spiacevole. Innanzitutto locale che si spaccia dichiaratamente per italiano verace, ma alla fine di italiano c’era solo il cassiere. Al momento dell’ordinazione la mia ragazza sceglie la pizza Trentino ma con salsiccia fresca anziché con lo speck (tra l’altro una pizza precedentemente presente nel vecchio menù). Il termine salsiccia “fresca” si utilizza comunemente per differenziarla da quella secca, dando per scontato che sia cotta; invece una volta arrivata la pizza eravamo increduli di vedere i pezzetti di salsiccia completamente cruda. Ma io mi chiedo: ammettiamo il fatto che tu cameriere che prendi l’ordinazione non sia italiano e che non sappia cosa voglia dire salsiccia fresca (cosa di per sé grave dato che sei a Milano in un ristorante che dovrebbe essere tipicamente italiano), ma non ti viene in mente (a lui e al pizzaiolo) magari di aver capito male, dato che si sta parlando di carne cruda, che se non propriamente trattata può anche nuocere alla salute?! Una volta fatto notare il cameriere rimane basito e spiega che era cruda perché era stata richiesta la salsiccia fresca (che loro quindi hanno inteso da frigo), e che comunque, per ovviare al problema non è stata rifatta, bensì rimessa in forno per far “cuocere” la salsiccia. Lí per lí ci siamo fatti una risata perché non ci era mai capitata una cosa del genere… Ma la cosa peggiore è stata ritrovarsi sullo scontrino una maggiorazione per l’aggiunta della salsiccia!! A questo punto non mi fai pagare il prezzo della pizza per intero dato che lo speck è stato rimosso, e inoltre perché a causa dell’inconveniente, oltre a delle scuse per l’incomprensione che è abbastanza assurda, avremmo gradito quanto meno non pagare un’aggiunta (che aggiunta non è). Inoltre la digestione durante la notte non è stata proprio delle migliori, dovuta soprattutto alla scarsa qualità (o tenuta) degli ingredienti usati per condire le pizze (l’impasto invece, almeno quello, era buono come sempre). Spero vivamente che si tratti di un caso isolato dovuto alla disattenzione del singolo punto vendita, ma per me questo è un grave smacco per Pizzium che almeno per quanto visto ieri come ambiente non si discosta granché dal classico kebabbaro pizzaiolo sotto casa (con la differenza che ne esci con molti...
