Good atmosphere, average food and inexperienced staff. We chose this restaurant as they offered glutenfree meals and because its physical appearance was above the level of the area. The glutenfree food was okay - not exceptional. The white wine, however, was different to what we have been used to, and it was great. The staff was very kind, but clearly very inexperienced. We had ordered a mussel soup for starters and then our main courses. 10 minutes after ordering, our main courses were served. We asked to get our soup first. This we got. We started by separating the mussels from their shells. The bowl for the shells was far to small, and we weren't offered any wet wipes for our dirty fingers. And then we found out that we had to ask for a spoon to eat the soup...
GG
Great spot Came as a walk in for a big table and they sorted it out within 5-10 mins, staff are friendly and loads of seating inside and outside. The pizza was really good here, we ordered the Darsena to share as never had potatoes on pizza before but was amazing with the sausage. I also ordered a seafood pasta myself and that really hit the spot, super glossy with the white wine sauce and the seafood was fresh, even though the spot is located on the popular drinking canals the price wasn’t too bad for the food (tad expensive for beer) My party had a great experience with the good atmosphere dining outside, would definitely come again!

Avoid this place. There are loads of other places nearby. What a shame Mario (he said he was the manager) was such an unreasonable person. I took 4 people for dinner and we ordered expensive Prosecco, Aperol, wine starters and mains. I made very clear at the start what the order was but they brought only 3 of the main courses! I asked where the 4th was and they said they’d make it! I then ordered more red wine with my main course but the food then arrived and no wine. When I’d nearly finished I went to collect my wine from the bar but they wouldn’t allow me to take it. I then sat down and when one mouthful from finishing, they brought the wine. I said I didn’t now want it and they took it away. When they wouldn’t allow me to take the wine I pointed out I’d ask for a discount. No discount was given. I went and spoke to the manager who was arrogant and refused to remove even 10 euro from the bill. Disgusting behaviour....

We were a group of 7 and told the manager that we preferred to sit indoors. A little later the manager showed us to a table outside. Since I saw that the inside was not full, I thought he might’ve missed our request, so I repeated our preference to sit indoors. The manager then said “No, there’s no table for 7 inside. Here, or no.” (ok which I understand), and told us “You don’t choose.” and left. The way he dismissed us felt unnecessary, almost like he was competing with his customers.

Our group ended up sitting at the table outside, but everyone felt offended by that attitude. To be fair, the other staff members were kind and hard-working, and the food was very good. Still I think the manager’s attitude could really use improvement.

The reason I’m writing this is that I wanted to bring it up when we left, but the staff were busy closing the outdoor area and I couldn’t find...

The food tasted good, we ordered lasagna and carbonara. However the bread was still frozen (although tasty). The white wine we got was pretty good as well.

The service on the other hand was bad. We sat outside since the inside was full. After the waiter came to take our order, we asked if they could bring us tap water, the waiter looked annoyed and just said "no we don't do tap, only still or fizzy", he was not polite while answering.

After this, we saw an empty table inside and we asked him if we could move inside, with which he replied, no, you sat outside, it is not possible because somebody is waiting for inside. Again, it's understandable, but why the rude behavior, and the table remained empty for 5 minutes ?

Finally, we saw that what they were serving for bottled water was refillable glass bottles (!), that in other places you would just get...
