I’ve been here multiple times and usually the staff and place is great. Yesterday however, I went with my mom and when we sat down a (new/unknown) waiter came and without greeting us first said “have you asked if you can sit here” and was VERY rude and impolite to us. He was very annoyed and passive aggressive and said he couldn’t serve us coffee and told us off for not asking to be seated inside (although usually this was never a problem before and there is no sign that we should do so). Magnificent pizza! High quality ingredients prepared by a master pizzaiolo. The "snacks" not so much. "When in Rome"...order the suppli (our favorite Roman Street food). Everywhere we have eaten it in Rome this simple snack was always perfect. Unfortunately here the suppli came out still a bit frozen. Maybe they should have microwaved it a bit longer before frying? The Carbonara was excellent. Service was spotty from a "new" waiter. Something that Italy has always prided itself is great service. True Italian hospitality is second to none. With the highly affluent area we expected great service. The quality of of the Pizza made up for it. The decor is well appointed. The pizza and cocktails were very memorable and worth every Euro...

Sono stato a cena assieme ad amici venerdi 24 giugno, arrivati ci accomodiamo, il ristorante carino ed accogliente. Tutti ordiniamo un primo ed io, assieme al mio amico decidiamo di dividere un secondo, il primo molto buono se non fesse che il secondo arriva a tavola quando ancora c'era metà del primo ancora da finire, tant'è che la cameriera insiste per lasciarlo a tavola mentre ovviamente era da rifare! Quando entrambi terminiamo il primo, torna in tavola il primo con una simpatica battuta da parte della cameriera "ora lo posso lasciare", ahimè il secondo era lo stesso piatto di prima, diventato ormai freddo, imbarazzante la scena, domando spiegazioni alle quali mi viene risposto che "potevano riscaldarmelo"[...] . Inutile dire che il piatto era da rifare, non sono solito a soffermarmi su un certo comportamento da parte dei ristoranti, ma essendo in corso como mi aspetto totalmente altro. La parte più bella viene quando ovviamente decidiamo di non voler più il secondo e quindi procedere al conto: La ragazza che quella sera è stata alla cassa (non la cameriera che ci ha servito) molto carina e dispiaciuta ci consegna il conto dove troviamo il famoso secondo, noi più imbarazzati di prima, chiediamo perche dovessimo pagarlo e lei, giustamente lo depenna subito dal conto. Peccato perché il cibo era buonissimo...ma il menefreghismo da parte della ragazza più adulta che quella sera serviva, oltre a far alzare due coppie appena accomodate ma non prese in considerazione, ha rovinato tutto! Ci tengo a precisare che in certe situazioni uscirsene dal ristorante a fumare ridendo non è proprio azzeccata...
